The tablet measures 202.7 × 126 mm with a thickness of 7.9 mm and weighs 310 g, giving it a slim and relatively light physical profile for its screen size. It offers no water resistance, and neither a stylus, detachable keyboard, backlit keyboard, nor pen tilt sensitivity are included or supported.
The display is an 8.4-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 px and a pixel density of 270 ppi, with a typical brightness of 320 nits. HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, anti-reflection coating, and branded damage-resistant glass are all absent, and the panel is neither an e-paper nor sapphire glass display.
The tablet is driven by the MediaTek Helio G99, a 6 nm chipset with an 8-thread CPU configuration running at 2 x 2.2 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz using big.LITTLE and HMP architecture, paired with a Mali G57 GPU clocked at 950 MHz and a turbo speed of 2133 MHz. It comes with 8 GB of DDR4 RAM at 4266 MHz across two memory channels, with a maximum memory bandwidth of 17.1 GB/s and support for up to 12 GB total, alongside 128 GB of eMMC 5.2 internal storage expandable by up to 512 GB via an external slot. Benchmark results include a Geekbench 6 single-core score of 729 and a multi-core score of 1979, and the chip supports integrated LTE, TrustZone, 64-bit processing, DirectX 11, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, with a TDP of 5W and a maximum CPU temperature of 95°C. The device runs Android 14 out of the box.
The main camera offers 13 MP via a CMOS sensor with touch autofocus, continuous autofocus during video, and manual controls for exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance. A single LED flash and a video light are present on the rear, though optical zoom, optical image stabilization, HDR mode, panorama, slow-motion recording, burst mode, timelapse, and HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording are all absent. The 5 MP front camera has no front-facing flash, and neither BSI sensor technology nor any form of 3D camera capability is included.
The audio capabilities of this tablet are notably limited. There are no stereo speakers and no 3.5 mm headphone jack, and no radio is present. High-quality Bluetooth audio codecs including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Low Latency, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are all absent, leaving Bluetooth audio output without any enhanced codec support.
The tablet is powered by a 6050 mAh rechargeable battery that supports fast charging and includes a battery level indicator. Wireless charging is not available, and the battery is non-removable.
The tablet supports Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) and Bluetooth 5.2, with GPS and Galileo navigation, a gyroscope, accelerometer, and compass rounding out the sensor set. It has a USB Type-C port, accommodates two SIM slots, and supports download speeds of up to 650 Mbits/s and upload speeds of up to 150 Mbits/s, though it lacks a cellular module and 5G support, meaning it cannot use those SIM slots for mobile data connectivity. NFC, a fingerprint scanner, HDMI output, Ethernet, a barometer, an infrared sensor, and 3D facial recognition are all absent. On the software side, it includes a broad set of privacy and usability features under Android, such as location privacy, camera and microphone access controls, app tracking blocking, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, dark mode, dynamic theming, full-page screenshots, offline voice recognition, voice commands, child lock, multi-user support, and battery health check, while cross-site tracking blocking, Wi-Fi password sharing, focus modes, app offloading, and direct OS vendor updates are not available.
The tablet uses DDR4 memory.
