Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro features a 1.5″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 480 x 480 px and a pixel density of 322 ppi, supporting an always-on display mode for continuous readability. The watch measures 48 x 48 mm with a thickness of 14 mm and weighs 59 g, while its sapphire glass display provides protection without relying on branded damage-resistant glass. The body carries a 100 m waterproof depth rating, making it suitable for water-based activities beyond basic sweat resistance, and the 22 mm watch band is replaceable for added versatility.

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro is equipped with a broad set of onboard sensors, including GPS, a heart rate monitor, a pulse oximeter for blood oxygenation tracking, a barometer, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, a compass, a body temperature sensor, and a cadence sensor. This combination supports a wide range of motion, navigation, and health monitoring functions across various activities. The watch does not include a wind speed sensor or a perspiration monitor.

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro covers a wide range of activity tracking capabilities, including route tracking, distance, pace, steps, elevation, and automatic activity detection across a multi-sport mode. It also supports exercise tagging, a swim stroke counter, calorie intake tracking, and is designed for diving use. Sleep tracking comes with detailed sleep reports, rounding out the health monitoring side of the feature set. Trackback mode and golf-specific functionality are not included.

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro is compatible with both iOS and Android and connects wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n). It does not include a cellular module, NFC, or ANT+ support, keeping its wireless feature set focused on standard smartphone pairing and network connectivity.

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro is powered by a rechargeable 700 mAh battery that delivers up to 25 days of standard use, 116 hours with GPS active, and 116 hours in power save mode. The battery is non-removable and does not support wireless or solar charging.

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro includes a solid range of health and utility features, with HRV tracking, VO2 max measurement, resting heart rate monitoring, fast/slow heart rate notifications, and a readiness and recovery indicator. On the practical side, it offers wrist notifications, vibrating alerts, a silent alarm, a stopwatch, a phone finder, sunrise/sunset times, thunderstorm risk alerts, and Galileo satellite support. The watch includes one microphone and can be used to answer calls, though it does not support call control, voice commands, or a smart alarm. Fall detection, irregular heart rate warnings, fast GPS lock, map uploading, and a camera remote shutter are also absent. The device comes with a one-year warranty.

The companion app for the Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro is free and ad-free, offering a well-rounded set of tools that covers activity reports, calorie burn, goal setting, an exercise diary, live tracking, coaching, routes, maps, and calendar sync. Health monitoring extends to weight, BMI, water intake, and temperature tracking, while women's health features include period notifications, fertile window alerts, ovulation prediction, and menstrual start date prediction. The app also supports music playback, widgets, video tutorials, app personalisation, inactivity alerts, and achievements, giving users broad control over how they interact with their data. A barcode scanner for food logging is not available.

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro includes a battery level indicator, auto pause, passcode protection, and is compatible with external heart rate monitors and smart scales. It works with Windows and Mac OS X in addition to mobile platforms. The watch does not have an external memory slot or a 3.5 mm audio jack.
