The Anker Soundcore Nebula P1 does not use a laser light source, relying instead on a conventional lamp-based projection system. It does, however, support a dedicated smartphone app, giving users a convenient way to manage settings and control the projector directly from their mobile device.
The Anker Soundcore Nebula P1 outputs at a 1080p resolution with a brightness rating of 650 ANSI lumens, and can project an image up to 100 inches in size. On the HDR front, the projector does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, meaning it operates without any high dynamic range processing regardless of the source content.
The Anker Soundcore Nebula P1 offers a broad range of connectivity options, covering both wired and wireless needs. On the wireless side, it supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, AirPlay, Chromecast built-in, and Miracast, allowing flexible streaming from a variety of devices and platforms. For wired connections, the projector includes one HDMI port, two USB ports, and a DVI connector, while it lacks a VGA connector, S/PDIF output, and any RJ45 ethernet port.
The Anker Soundcore Nebula P1 includes a built-in smart TV platform alongside stereo speakers rated at 2 x 10W, making it a self-contained unit for everyday viewing without requiring external audio or streaming hardware. A remote control is included, and a 3.5mm headphone jack is available for private listening. The projector does not offer lens shift in either vertical or horizontal directions, nor does it include a sleep timer, external memory slot, or voice command support.
