The ATK Edge 60 HE is a wired mechanical gaming keyboard available in both full (100%) and compact (60%) layout sizes, using a standard profile and a top-mount construction. It connects via USB and features a detachable cable, making it straightforward to replace or swap out as needed. With a polling rate of 8000 Hz, the board is tuned for fast input response, and its physical dimensions come in at 292 mm wide, 108 mm tall, and 40 mm thick, with a total weight of 1035 g. The keyboard is not designed specifically for Mac, and it carries a one-year warranty.
The ATK Edge 60 HE features a case built from a combination of plastic and aluminum, with an aluminum plate, and is available in both black and white colorways. It includes per-key RGB backlighting with a south-facing LED direction, and adjustable feet allow the typing angle to be modified to suit individual preference. No wrist rest is included in the package.
The ATK Edge 60 HE uses TTC RGB Magneto hall effect switches with a linear feel, offering a smooth keystroke from top to bottom without any tactile bump. The switches have a total travel distance of 3.4 mm and an actuation force of 35 g, with an adjustable actuation point that can be set anywhere between 0.1 mm and 3.4 mm. The board also supports hot-swappable switches, allowing the switches to be removed and replaced without soldering.
The ATK Edge 60 HE supports analog input and comes with rapid trigger and dual actuation, giving users precise control over how and when each keypress registers. Adjustable actuation is also included, allowing the trigger point to be customized per key. N-key rollover (NKRO) ensures that every simultaneous keypress is detected without ghosting. On the other hand, the keyboard does not include a display, USB passthrough, or support for QMK, ZMK, or VIA firmware.
The ATK Edge 60 HE uses an ANSI (United States) keyboard layout with a standard key arrangement, making it compatible with a wide range of aftermarket keycap sets. The included keycaps are PBT dye-sublimated in a Cherry profile, which is known for its low, sculpted shape that suits a variety of typing styles. Media functions are accessible via the Fn key rather than dedicated standalone keys, and the keyboard does not feature a rotary dial.
