The earphones use an in-ear fit and weigh 35 g, with a foldable design and a tangle-free cable that makes them reasonably easy to carry and store. Stereo speakers are present, and the closed-back construction means there is no open-back design. The cable is not detachable, no travel bag is included, and the earphones are not intended for children. There is no water resistance of any kind.
The earphones feature both active noise cancellation and passive noise reduction, offering two layers of noise management for the listener. Audio is handled by a 13 mm driver unit covering a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz. A neodymium magnet is not used in the driver, and spatial audio is not supported.
The earphones include a USB Type-C port, though there is no rechargeable or removable battery, no wireless charging, no solar power capability, and no battery level indicator, reflecting the wired nature of the product.
The earphones use a wired connection exclusively, with no Bluetooth support of any kind. As a result, none of the wireless audio codecs or transmission technologies are available, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Low Latency, aptX Lossless, LDAC, LDHC, AAC, or Bluetooth LE Audio. Features that depend on Bluetooth pairing — such as fast pair, NFC pairing, and Auracast — are likewise absent.
The earphones can be used as a headset, with a single noise-canceling microphone and an in-line control panel for managing playback and calls without reaching for the connected device. An ambient sound mode is available to let in surrounding audio when needed. In/on-ear detection and a mute function are not included. The product carries a warranty period of one year.
Wingtips are included in the box to help secure the earphones during use.
