The Cleer Arc 4 Plus adopts an open-ear fit and comes without a neckband, instead relying on included wingtips to help keep the earbuds in place during use. As a true wireless design, there are no cables or wires involved. The earbuds weigh 21.6 g and carry an IPX7 ingress protection rating, confirming a solid level of water resistance. Stereo speakers are present, while RGB lighting, a UV light, and an onboard display are not part of the design.
The Arc 4 Plus uses a 16.2 mm driver unit and covers a frequency range of 65 Hz to 40000 Hz. It supports both spatial audio and Dolby Atmos, adding a dimensional quality to compatible content. Active noise cancellation and passive noise reduction are not included, and the drivers do not use a neodymium magnet. Dirac Virtuo processing is also absent from this model.
The Arc 4 Plus is equipped with a rechargeable battery that delivers 9 hours of playback, and the charging case extends that total to 25 hours combined. A full charge takes 1.5 hours, and a battery level indicator is included to help track remaining power. Wireless charging and solar power are not supported on this model.
The Arc 4 Plus connects wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.4 with a maximum range of 10 m, and supports the AAC, aptX Adaptive, and aptX Lossless codecs for audio transmission. USB Type-C is available for wired charging. LDAC, LDHC, aptX, aptX HD, aptX Low Latency, and aptX Voice are not supported, nor is Bluetooth LE Audio or Auracast. Fast pairing and NFC-based pairing are also absent from this model.
The Arc 4 Plus supports multipoint connection across two devices simultaneously and can be used as a headset, with a mute function and voice prompts included. Fast charging is supported, and a travel bag comes in the box. Controls are handled via a panel placed on the device itself, with no in-line control panel present. Ambient sound mode, in/on-ear detection, notification readout, a built-in translator, a temperature sensor, and a camera remote function are all absent from this model.
The Arc 4 Plus features a quad-microphone setup with noise-canceling capability, making it suitable for voice calls and headset use in environments where background noise may be a factor.
