The Crossbeats Hawk follow a true wireless, in-ear design with no cables or neckband, keeping the overall weight at a light 8.4 g. They include stereo speakers and RGB lighting for a visually distinct look, while wingtips and a display are not part of the package. The earbuds offer no water resistance rating, and UV light is absent as well, making the design focused primarily on everyday wireless convenience and style.
The Crossbeats Hawk use a 14 mm driver unit and cover a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, providing a standard full-range audio response. Passive noise reduction is present to help block out ambient sound, though active noise cancellation is not supported. Spatial audio, Dolby Atmos, and Dirac Virtuo are not included, and the drivers do not feature a neodymium magnet.
Each earbud carries a 45 mAh rechargeable battery delivering up to 8 hours of playback, while the 400 mAh charging case extends the total available runtime to 92 hours. A full charge takes 1.5 hours, and a battery level indicator is included to keep track of remaining power. Wireless charging and solar power are not supported, so recharging relies on a wired connection.
The Crossbeats Hawk connect wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.4, covering a maximum range of 10 m and achieving an audio latency of 30 ms. USB Type-C is available for wired charging, though fast pairing and NFC pairing are not supported. On the codec side, LDAC, LDHC, AAC, and the full range of aptX variants — including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Low Latency, aptX Lossless, and aptX Voice — are all absent, and the earbuds do not support Bluetooth LE Audio or Auracast.
The Crossbeats Hawk support fast charging and can function as a headset for calls, with a mute function and voice prompts adding to their day-to-day usability. Controls are handled through a panel placed on the device itself, while an in-line control panel is not included. A travel bag comes in the box for easy portability. Ambient sound mode, in/on-ear detection, a find device feature, notification reading, a body temperature sensor, and a built-in camera remote are all absent from the feature set.
The Crossbeats Hawk feature a four-microphone setup paired with noise-canceling microphone support, helping to reduce background noise during calls and voice input.
