At 9.4 mm thick and weighing 211 g, the device sits on the moderately substantial side for a smartphone. It offers no water resistance and does not feature a rugged build, meaning it carries no protection rating against dust or moisture.

The Cubot Hafury Meet features a 6.67″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 px and a pixel density of 395 ppi, delivering a sharp and detailed image across its large panel. The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate, enabling smoother scrolling and on-screen motion. It does not include branded damage-resistant glass, an Always-On Display mode, or support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no secondary screen present.

The Cubot Hafury Meet is driven by the Mediatek Helio G99 chipset, built on a 6 nm process with an octa-core CPU configuration of 2 x 2.2 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz cores across 8 threads, supported by big.LITTLE and HMP technologies for workload distribution. It is paired with 12GB of DDR4 RAM running at 4266 MHz, 256GB of internal storage via eMMC 5.2, and a maximum memory bandwidth of 17.1 GB/s across 2 memory channels. The Mali G57 GPU operates at 950 MHz with a turbo clock of 2133 MHz, 32 shading units, and support for DirectX 11, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, and is capable of driving up to 2 displays. The chipset has a TDP of 5W and a maximum CPU temperature of 95 °C, and includes integrated LTE, TrustZone security, and 64-bit support. Benchmark results place the device at an AnTuTu score of 416,900, a Geekbench 6 single-core score of 729, and a multi-core score of 1,979.

The Cubot Hafury Meet carries a triple rear camera setup with a 100MP, 16MP, and 5MP lens arrangement, using a CMOS sensor and phase-detection autofocus for stills, along with touch autofocus, continuous autofocus during video, and manual controls for focus, exposure, ISO, and white balance. Video recording tops out at 1080p at 30 fps, with slow-motion recording also supported, though there is no optical image stabilization, no optical zoom, and HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording are not available. The rear camera is backed by a single LED flash, while a dual-tone or RGB flash is absent, and raw shooting is not supported. On the front, a 32MP single-lens camera handles selfies without a dedicated flash or under-display placement. Additional shooting modes include burst, panorama, and HDR, while 360-degree panorama, 3D capture, laser autofocus, and manual shutter speed are not part of the feature set.

The Cubot Hafury Meet runs Android 13 and includes a broad set of privacy controls, covering clipboard warnings, location privacy options, and camera/microphone access management, though Mail Privacy Protection and cross-site tracking blocking are not available. On the customization side, it supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, and customizable notifications, while focus modes and app offloading are absent. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, Live Text, and the ability to play games while they download, though it cannot be used as a PC and does not support Quick Start. The device also offers on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, phone tracking, multi-user support, and a child lock, and the OS is free and open source. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not available, and there is no battery health check or Wi-Fi password sharing feature.

The Cubot Hafury Meet is equipped with a 5100 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 33W fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. A battery level indicator is present, making it easy to keep track of remaining charge. Wireless charging is not supported.

The Cubot Hafury Meet has a limited audio feature set — it lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack and does not include stereo speakers. On the wireless audio side, none of the advanced Bluetooth codec standards are supported, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC.

Wireless connectivity covers Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) alongside Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC, while DLNA certification and ANT+ support are absent. The device connects via USB Type-C at USB 2.0 speeds and features an external memory slot for storage expansion, but there is no HDMI output. For navigation and sensing, it includes GPS with Galileo support, a gyroscope, accelerometer, and compass, while a barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, and motion or optical tracking are not present. Security is handled through a fingerprint scanner, with no 3D facial recognition or iris scanner on board. Emergency SOS via satellite, crash detection, a built-in projector, and a stylus are also not part of the feature set.

The Cubot Hafury Meet includes a video light for illumination during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved, and the device does not feature sapphire glass or an e-paper display.
