The Cubot KingKong Power 3 uses an IPS LCD panel measuring 6.72″, delivering a resolution of 1080 x 2408 px at a pixel density of 393 ppi. The display supports a 120 Hz refresh rate and is touch-enabled, though it does not include an Always-On Display mode or a secondary screen. On the visual standards front, HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision are not supported, and the screen does not feature branded damage-resistant glass.

The Cubot KingKong Power 3 is powered by the Mediatek Helio G99 chipset, built on a 6 nm process with an 8-thread CPU running at 2 x 2.2 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz using big.LITTLE architecture with HMP support. It is paired with 12 GB of DDR4 RAM at 4266 MHz across 2 memory channels, offering a maximum memory bandwidth of 17.1 GB/s, and comes with 256 GB of internal storage (eMMC 5.2) expandable up to 1024 GB externally. The Cubot KingKong Power 3 features a dual-lens rear camera system combining a 100 MP primary sensor and a 5 MP secondary lens, both using a CMOS sensor without back-side illumination. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus as well as continuous autofocus during video recording, though laser autofocus is absent. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while burst mode and in-camera panorama shooting are also supported; however, manual shutter speed, RAW capture, and 360° panorama are not available. The rear camera includes a single LED flash with no dual-tone or RGB configuration, and optical zoom stands at 0x with no optical image stabilization. Video capabilities include slow-motion recording, and HDR mode is built in, though HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not supported. On the front, a 32 MP single-lens camera is present — it is not positioned under the display and does not have a dedicated flash.

The Cubot KingKong Power 3 runs Android 14, an open-source platform that supports multi-user operation, voice commands, offline voice recognition, on-device machine learning, and device tracking. Privacy-oriented features include clipboard warnings, location privacy controls, camera and microphone access management, and app tracking blocking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not available. The interface offers dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, customizable notifications, notification permission controls, a media picker, and an extra dim mode, while focus modes and Wi-Fi password sharing are absent. Productivity-focused capabilities include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page scrolling screenshots, Live Text, sharing intents, a child lock, and the ability to play games while they download; app offloading, Quick Start, and PC mode are not supported. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not available, and battery health monitoring is included.

The Cubot KingKong Power 3 is equipped with a 10200 mAh rechargeable battery that supports fast charging at 33W, and a battery level indicator is included. The battery is not removable, and wireless charging is not supported.

The Cubot KingKong Power 3 has a limited audio feature set — it does not include a 3.5 mm headphone jack or stereo speakers. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codec standards are supported, with aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC all absent.

The Cubot KingKong Power 3 supports dual SIM cards and connects via Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), with download and upload speeds reaching 650 Mbits/s and 150 Mbits/s respectively. Bluetooth 5.2 is on board alongside NFC and a USB Type-C port, while 5G is not supported.
