The Doogee Fire 6 features a rugged build designed to withstand harsh conditions, backed by an IP68 Ingress Protection rating that classifies it as fully waterproof. The device measures 174 mm in height and 81.2 mm in width, with a thickness of 15.8 mm that reflects its durable construction, resulting in a total volume of 223.24 cm³. It is a fixed-form device with no folding mechanism, keeping the chassis solid and reinforced throughout.

The Doogee Fire 6 uses an IPS LCD touchscreen measuring 6.56″ with a resolution of 720 x 1612 px and a pixel density of 269 ppi, delivering a reasonably clear image for its panel type. The display runs at a 90Hz refresh rate, contributing to smoother scrolling and general interaction. It does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and there is no support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, nor does it offer an Always-On Display mode or a secondary screen.

The Doogee Fire 6 is powered by the Unisoc T606 chipset, built on a 12 nm process with an 8-thread CPU running at 1.6 GHz across all cores in a big.LITTLE configuration with HMP support, and a TDP of 10W. It is paired with 6GB of DDR4 RAM at 1600 MHz and 256GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage, with a maximum supported memory amount of 14GB and a peak memory bandwidth of 12.8 GB/s. Graphics are handled by the Mali G57 MP1 GPU, clocked at 650 MHz with 64 shading units and one execution unit, supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2.0. The chipset includes integrated LTE and TrustZone security, and the platform scores 1391 on Geekbench 6 multi-core, 371 on single-core, and 2663 on PassMark, with cache structured across 128 KB L1, 2 MB L2, and 1 MB L3 layers.

The Doogee Fire 6 features a dual-lens rear camera system comprising a 50 MP primary sensor at f/2.2 and an 8 MP secondary lens at f/1.8, both using CMOS technology without a back-illuminated sensor. Video recording tops out at 1080p at 30 fps, with no support for optical zoom, HDR10 recording, or Dolby Vision, and optical image stabilization is also absent. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus as well as continuous autofocus during video, while laser autofocus is not available. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, though manual shutter speed is not included, and the camera supports HDR mode, burst shooting, slow-motion video, panorama, and timelapse. Flash is provided via two LED units in a standard configuration — no dual-tone or RGB flash is present. The front camera offers an 8 MP single-lens setup at f/2.2 with no front-facing flash, and it is positioned conventionally on the device rather than under the display. Raw capture and 360° panorama shooting are not supported.

The Doogee Fire 6 runs Android 14, a free and open-source platform that supports multi-user operation, device tracking, offline voice recognition, and voice commands. Privacy tools include clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking protection and Mail Privacy Protection are not available. The interface supports theme customization with dynamic theming and dark mode, along with customizable notifications, a media picker, notification permission controls, and an extra dim mode for low-light comfort. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, sharing intents, widgets, Live Text, a child lock, and the ability to play games while they are still downloading. Battery health check and on-device machine learning are also present, while focus modes, app offloading, Wi-Fi password sharing, Quick Start, and the ability to function as a PC are not supported. OS updates are not delivered directly from the vendor.

The Doogee Fire 6 is equipped with a 10400 mAh rechargeable battery, giving it a substantial capacity well suited to its rugged profile. It supports 18W fast charging and comes with a charger included in the box, while wireless charging is not available. The battery is non-removable but includes a battery level indicator, and there is no option for wireless power delivery.

The audio configuration of the Doogee Fire 6 is fairly minimal — it includes a built-in radio but lacks a 3.5 mm headphone jack and stereo speakers. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codec options are supported, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC.

The Doogee Fire 6 supports dual SIM cards and connects via Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), with cellular connectivity onboard and download and upload speeds reaching up to 300 Mbits/s and 100 Mbits/s respectively. Bluetooth 5.0 is included, while NFC and 5G are absent. The device uses a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0 and offers an external memory slot for storage expansion. Location capabilities cover GPS with Galileo support, and onboard sensors include a gyroscope, accelerometer, and compass, though a barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, and motion or optical tracking are not present. Security is handled by a fingerprint scanner, with no 3D facial recognition or iris scanner available. Features such as HDMI output, DLNA certification, ANT+ support, satellite SOS, crash detection, a built-in projector, and a stylus are all absent from this model.

The Doogee Fire 6 includes a video light for illumination during video recording, while the display is a standard flat panel with no curved or e-paper design and no sapphire glass protection.
