The device weighs 375 g, which reflects the reinforced construction typical of phones built to withstand physically demanding environments.

The Doogee S Cyber Pro uses a 6.58-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2408 px and a pixel density of 401 ppi, delivering a sharp and detailed image. The panel runs at a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth on-screen motion and carries a contrast ratio of 1500:1. It is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus, offering resistance against scratches and accidental impacts. The display does not support HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, or Always-On Display functionality, and there is no secondary screen.

The Doogee S Cyber Pro is powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 chipset, built on a 6 nm process with an octa-core CPU configuration running at 2 x 2.2 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz across 8 threads, supported by big.LITTLE and HMP technologies for efficient workload distribution. Graphics are handled by the integrated Mali G57 GPU clocked at 1000 MHz, with support for DirectX 11, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2. The device comes with 12GB of LPDDR4 RAM at 4266 MHz and a maximum memory bandwidth of 17.1 GB/s, paired with 512GB of internal storage. The chipset includes integrated LTE, TrustZone security, and a thermal design power of 5W, while the AnTuTu benchmark score of 415,000 gives a reference point for overall system performance. The platform is fully 64-bit compatible and supports a maximum memory amount of 12GB.

The Doogee S Cyber Pro features a multi-lens rear camera system combining 50 MP, 20 MP, and 8 MP sensors on a CMOS array, capable of recording video at 1440p and 30 fps with continuous autofocus during recording. Focusing options include phase-detection autofocus and touch autofocus, though laser autofocus is absent, and there is no optical image stabilization or optical zoom. The interface supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, customizable notifications, and an extra dim mode, while focus modes and Wi-Fi password sharing are absent. Productivity-oriented features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, Live Text, and the ability to play games while they are still downloading. A child lock and battery health check are also present, but the device does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor, cannot be used as a PC, does not support app offloading, and lacks a Quick Start setup option.

The Doogee S Cyber Pro houses a 10800 mAh rechargeable battery with a built-in level indicator, giving a clear read of remaining charge at all times. It supports 33W fast charging and comes with a charger included in the box. The battery is not removable, and wireless charging is not supported.

The Doogee S Cyber Pro includes stereo speakers and a built-in radio, but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codecs are supported — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are all absent.

A fingerprint scanner handles biometric authentication, while 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not present. Features such as a barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, ANT+ support, HDMI output, DLNA certification, crash detection, satellite SOS, motion tracking, optical tracking, and a built-in projector are all absent, and no stylus is included.

The Doogee S Cyber Pro includes a video light for illumination during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved, and the device uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper screen.
