Energizer Ultimate 65G

The Energizer Ultimate 65G has a conventional, non-folding design without any rugged certification or water resistance rating. It measures 164.4 mm tall, 76.4 mm wide, and 9.2 mm thick, resulting in a total volume of approximately 115.55 cm³. The handset tips the scales at 190 g, placing it in a fairly typical weight range for a smartphone of this screen size.

The Energizer Ultimate 65G features a 6.51″ IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a pixel density of 270 ppi. The panel does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and there is no support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision content. Always-On Display is not available, and the device has a single screen with no secondary display.

The Energizer Ultimate 65G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700, a 7 nm octa-core chipset configured with 2 cores clocked at 2.2 GHz and 6 cores at 2.0 GHz, using big.LITTLE technology for workload distribution across 8 threads. It is paired with 4GB of DDR4 RAM running at 2133 MHz, with the chipset supporting a maximum memory capacity of 12GB and a peak memory bandwidth of 17.07 GB/s across 2 memory channels. Graphics are handled by the integrated Mali G57 MP2 GPU, which features 32 shading units, a turbo clock of 950 MHz, DirectX 12 support, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2.0. The chipset carries a TDP of 10W, includes integrated LTE, and supports 64-bit processing, NX bit security, and ARM TrustZone; ECC memory, however, is not supported. In Geekbench 5 testing, the platform scores 567 in the single-core test and 1731 in the multi-core test, while onboard storage stands at 64GB.

The Energizer Ultimate 65G carries a triple rear camera system consisting of a 13 MP main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and two 2 MP auxiliary lenses each at f/2.4, all built around a CMOS sensor without back-side illumination. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus as well as continuous autofocus during video recording, though laser autofocus is absent, and there is no optical image stabilization or optical zoom. The camera supports a solid range of manual controls — exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance — alongside HDR mode, burst shooting, and in-camera panoramas, while RAW capture and manual shutter speed are not available. Video recording tops out at 1080p at 30 fps, with slow-motion recording supported but no HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording capability. A single LED flash is present on the rear, while the front-facing 8 MP single-lens camera has no accompanying flash; 360° panorama and 3D photo or video recording are not supported.

The Energizer Ultimate 65G runs Android 13, an open-source platform that supports multi-user profiles, voice commands with offline voice recognition, device tracking, and a child lock. Privacy is addressed through clipboard warnings, location privacy controls, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking protection and Mail Privacy Protection are not included. On the customization side, the OS offers dynamic and manual theme customization, dark mode, an extra dim mode, home screen widgets, and customizable notifications, while focus modes and app offloading are not available. Usability features include a media picker, full-page scrolling screenshots, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, sharing intents, Live Text, on-device machine learning, and the ability to play games while they are still downloading. Wi-Fi password sharing, a battery health check, Quick Start, and the option to use the device as a PC are absent, and direct OS updates from the vendor are not provided.

The Energizer Ultimate 65G is equipped with a 4000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 20W fast charging, with a charger included in the box. A battery level indicator is present, making it straightforward to monitor remaining charge at a glance. Wireless charging is not supported.

The Energizer Ultimate 65G includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a built-in FM radio, covering the basics for wired listening and broadcast audio. The device does not feature stereo speakers, so audio output is limited to a single speaker. On the wireless audio side, none of the advanced Bluetooth codecs — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC — are supported.

The Energizer Ultimate 65G supports 5G connectivity along with Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), and accommodates two SIM cards simultaneously. Bluetooth 5.1 is on board, and the device connects via a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0, while HDMI output is not available. Download speeds reach up to 1200 Mbit/s with upload speeds of up to 210 Mbit/s, and an external memory slot allows for storage expansion. For location, the phone includes GPS with Galileo support, and an accelerometer is present, though there is no gyroscope, compass, barometer, or any motion or optical tracking. Security is handled by a fingerprint scanner, while 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are absent; NFC is also not included. Features such as ANT+, a heart rate monitor, infrared sensor, crash detection, emergency SOS via satellite, DLNA certification, and a built-in projector are all not supported, and no stylus is included.

The Energizer Ultimate 65G includes a video light for use during video recording, while its display is flat and standard in construction — neither curved nor based on e-paper technology. The screen also does not use sapphire glass.
