The Fossibot S3 Pro features a 6.67″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2408 px and a pixel density of 401 ppi, paired with a 120Hz refresh rate and a typical brightness of 500 nits. The display delivers a contrast ratio of 100,000:1 and supports an Always-On Display mode, though it does not carry branded damage-resistant glass and lacks support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision. A secondary screen with a resolution of 240 x 240 px is also present on the device.

The Fossibot S3 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, built on a 12 nm process with an octa-core CPU configuration running at 2 x 2 GHz and 6 x 1.8 GHz across 8 threads, supported by integrated LTE and ARM TrustZone security. It comes with 6 GB of DDR4 RAM clocked at 1800 MHz across two memory channels, offering a maximum memory bandwidth of 13.41 GB/s and a maximum supported memory amount of 8 GB, alongside 128 GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage. Graphics are handled by the Mali G52 MC2 GPU running at 1000 MHz with GPU Turbo also at 1000 MHz, supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2.0, with the chip carrying a 5W TDP and the platform utilizing big.LITTLE technology and 64-bit support. Benchmark results include an AnTuTu score of 228,400, a Geekbench 6 single-core score of 424, and a multi-core score of 1,322.

The Fossibot S3 Pro features a dual-lens rear camera system combining a 64 MP primary sensor and a 2 MP secondary sensor, with apertures of f/2.3 and f/1.89 respectively, both using CMOS and back-illuminated sensor technology. The main camera supports phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video, along with a range of manual controls including exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while laser autofocus and manual shutter speed are not available. Video recording reaches up to 1080p at 30 fps with slow-motion support, though HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not supported, and there is no optical zoom or optical image stabilization. Additional shooting modes include HDR, burst, panorama, and timelapse, with two LED flash units on the rear, though a dual-tone or RGB flash configuration is absent. On the front, an 8 MP single-lens camera with an f/2.0 aperture is present, without a front-facing flash or an under-display placement, and raw capture is not available on either camera.

The Fossibot S3 Pro runs Android 14 and includes a broad set of privacy controls, covering clipboard warnings, location privacy options, and camera and microphone access management, though Mail Privacy Protection and cross-site tracking blocking are not available. The OS supports app tracking prevention, on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, and device position tracking, while Wi-Fi password sharing and Quick Start are absent. On the usability side, it offers dark mode, dynamic and manual theme customization, an extra dim mode, customizable notifications, a media picker, full-page screenshots, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, sharing intents, widgets, a child lock, and the ability to play games while they download, though focus modes and app offloading are not supported. The system is also free and open source, supports multiple user accounts, and does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor.

The Fossibot S3 Pro is equipped with a 5000 mAh rechargeable battery that supports 18W fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. A battery level indicator is present, making it straightforward to monitor charge status. The battery is not removable, and wireless charging is not supported.

The Fossibot S3 Pro includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a built-in radio, offering a couple of conventional audio options. Stereo speakers are not present, and on the wireless audio side, the device does not support aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC.
