The GPU operates at a base clock of 2,407 MHz, climbing to a turbo frequency of 2,602 MHz under load. It delivers 23.98 TFLOPS of floating-point performance alongside a texture rate of 374.7 GTexels/s and a pixel rate of 124.9 GPixel/s, supported by 4,608 shading units, 144 texture mapping units (TMUs), and 48 render output units (ROPs). Memory runs at 1,750 MHz, and the chip also supports Double Precision Floating Point (DPFP) processing.
The card is equipped with 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM running at an effective speed of 28,000 MHz across a 128-bit memory bus, resulting in a maximum memory bandwidth of 448 GB/s. ECC memory support is also included, adding a layer of data integrity for workloads that require it.
The card supports DirectX 12 Ultimate, OpenGL 4.6, and OpenCL 3, covering a broad range of graphics and compute workloads. Ray tracing and DLSS are both supported, while XeSS (XMX) is not included. It also features stereoscopic 3D support, multi-display technology with up to four simultaneous outputs, and Intel Resizable BAR for optimized CPU-to-GPU data transfer. LHR is not present, and the card includes RGB lighting. XeSS (XMX) support is absent.
The card's display outputs consist of one HDMI 2.1b port and three DisplayPort outputs, totaling four available connections. There are no USB-C, DVI, or mini DisplayPort outputs on this model.
Built on the Blackwell architecture, the GPU is fabricated using a 5 nm process and integrates 21,900 million transistors, with a PCIe 5.0 interface for system connectivity. It carries a Thermal Design Power (TDP) of 180W and does not include air-water cooling. The card measures 316.5 mm in width and 138 mm in height.
