The Gigabyte B760M Gaming Plus Wi-Fi DDR4 is built around the B760 chipset and uses a single LGA 1700 socket, fitting the Micro-ATX form factor at 244 x 244 mm. Wireless connectivity is covered by Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), with backward compatibility for Wi-Fi 5 and Wi-Fi 4, alongside Bluetooth 5.3, though aptX is not supported. The board outputs video via HDMI 2.1 but does not include integrated graphics or an integrated CPU, and overclocking is not natively simplified nor is there a one-touch BIOS reset or dual BIOS functionality. RGB lighting is present on the board, and the product is backed by a three-year warranty.
The board supports DDR4 memory across four slots arranged in a dual-channel configuration, with a maximum capacity of 128GB. Standard RAM speeds top out at 3200 MHz, while overclocked profiles can reach up to 5333 MHz. ECC memory is not supported.
The rear I/O panel provides three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and two USB 2.0 ports for peripheral connectivity, while USB Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 2, USB 4, Thunderbolt 3, and Thunderbolt 4 are all absent. Video output is handled by an HDMI port and one DisplayPort output, with no DVI or VGA connectors present. Networking is covered by a single RJ45 port, and a PS/2 port is also included, while eSATA is not available.
For internal expansion, the board offers two USB 3.2 Gen 1 headers and four USB 2.0 headers, while USB 3.2 Gen 2, Gen 2x2, and USB-C Gen 2 expansion connectors are not present. Storage connectivity includes four SATA 3 connectors and two M.2 sockets, with no SATA 2, mSATA, or U.2 sockets available. Cooling is supported by four fan headers, and a TPM connector is also included on the board.
The board's expansion layout centers on a single PCIe 4.0 x16 slot for a primary add-in card, complemented by two PCIe x1 slots for smaller expansion cards. There are no PCIe 5.0, PCIe 3.0, PCIe 2.0, PCIe x4, PCIe x8, or legacy PCI slots present.
The board provides 7.1-channel audio output through three analog audio connectors on the rear panel. A S/PDIF Out port is not included.
The board supports RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10 configurations, covering a range of performance and redundancy setups. RAID 0+1 is not supported.
