The GMKtec NucBox M7 Ultra follows a Micro-ATX form factor with physical dimensions of 125 mm wide, 132 mm thick, and 58 mm tall, resulting in a total volume of 957 cm³. Storage is handled by a 1TB NVMe SSD, offering fast read and write access through the NVMe interface rather than a conventional drive. The overall chassis is compact by desktop standards, keeping the unit manageable on a desk or in tight installation spaces.
This Mini PC is equipped with 32GB of DDR5 RAM, running at a rated speed of 5600 MHz, placing it on the faster end of the DDR5 frequency range available in compact desktop systems. The use of the fifth generation of DDR memory brings improved bandwidth and efficiency characteristics over its predecessors, and the 32GB capacity provides ample headroom for multitasking and memory-intensive workloads.
The NucBox M7 Ultra includes a broad set of wired and wireless connectivity options. On the wireless side, it supports Wi-Fi 6E, Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 5, and Wi-Fi 4, alongside Bluetooth 5.2. The USB port layout consists of two USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, and two USB 4 40Gbps ports that also function as Thunderbolt 4 interfaces, while there are no USB 3.2 Gen 1, Gen 2x2, or Type-C ports outside of those USB 4 connections. Display output is provided through one HDMI 2.1 port and one DisplayPort, though VGA and S/PDIF outputs are absent. Wired networking is covered by a single RJ45 Ethernet port, and a 3.5 mm headset jack is present for audio connectivity.
The NucBox M7 Ultra does not include an external memory card slot, so storage expansion relies solely on its internal drive. The unit comes with a one-year warranty from GMKtec.
