The H2O Audio SnowPro uses an open-ear, bone conduction fit and is built as a neckband design with wingtips included for added stability during wear. It carries an IPX8 ingress protection rating with a waterproof depth of 3.6 meters, making it fully waterproof in aquatic environments. The earbuds feature stereo speakers and do not include RGB lighting, a UV light, or a display.
The SnowPro covers a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, spanning the full standard audible spectrum. It does not include active noise cancellation or passive noise reduction, and there is no support for spatial audio, Dolby Atmos, or Dirac Virtuo processing. The earbuds also do not use a neodymium magnet in their driver configuration.
The SnowPro is equipped with a rechargeable battery rated at 5 hours of use, with a full charge taking 2 hours to complete. A battery level indicator is included to help track remaining charge. The earbuds do not support wireless charging and have no solar power capability.
The SnowPro supports wireless connectivity with a maximum Bluetooth range of 10 meters, but does not include fast pairing or NFC-based pairing. In terms of audio codec support, it lacks AAC, LDAC, LDHC, and the full range of aptX variants — including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Low Latency, aptX Lossless, and aptX Voice. Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast are also not supported.
The SnowPro includes 8 GB of internal storage and can function as a headset, making it usable for calls in addition to audio playback. Controls are handled via an on-device panel rather than an in-line control, and voice prompts are supported alongside a mute function. Fast charging is available, while ambient sound mode, in/on-ear detection, notification reading, a find-device feature, a body temperature sensor, a camera remote shutter, and an included travel bag are all absent.
