The Happrun KC7 Pro uses a traditional lamp-based light source rather than laser technology. It measures 221 mm wide, 137 mm tall, and 212 mm deep, with a total volume of approximately 6418.724 cm³ and a weight of 3900 g, making it a moderately sized unit for a home projector. It comes with a dedicated smartphone app for convenient control and management, and is backed by a 2-year warranty.
The KC7 Pro projects at a native 1080p output resolution with a brightness rating of 2500 ANSI lumens, and can produce images up to 300 inches in size with a minimum throw distance of 1.5 meters. It supports both HDR10 and HDR10+ for enhanced dynamic range rendering, while Dolby Vision and HLG are not supported.
The KC7 Pro offers a broad set of connectivity options, including one HDMI port, two USB ports, and an S/PDIF output for external audio equipment. Wireless connectivity is well covered with built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, AirPlay, Chromecast, and Miracast support, alongside DLNA certification for networked media streaming. There is no VGA connector and no RJ45 ethernet port included.
The KC7 Pro includes built-in stereo speakers with a total audio output of 2 x 10W and supports Dolby Atmos, with a 3.5 mm headset jack available for wired audio output. It features built-in smart TV functionality, voice command support, and comes with a remote control for day-to-day operation. Neither vertical nor horizontal lens shift is available, and there is no external memory slot. Lens placement adjustments are therefore not supported through optical shift mechanisms.
