Honor X60i 5G

The Honor X60i 5G has a conventional, non-folding design with no rugged build certifications and no water resistance. It measures 161.1 mm tall, 74.5 mm wide, and 7.2 mm thick, giving it a slim profile with a total volume of 86.41 cm³. The device weighs 172 g, keeping it reasonably lightweight for its size.

The Honor X60i 5G features a 6.7″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 px and a pixel density of 391 ppi, delivering a reasonably sharp image across its large panel. The display runs at a 90Hz refresh rate, which contributes to smoother on-screen motion. It does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and there is no support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision. The device also lacks a secondary screen.

The Honor X60i 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 chipset, built on a 6nm process with an octa-core CPU running at 2 x 2.4 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz, supported by 8 threads and big.LITTLE technology for workload distribution. The SoC includes integrated LTE, integrated graphics via the Mali G57 MC2 GPU clocked at 950 MHz with 2 execution units and 64 shading units, and supports DirectX 12 and 64-bit processing. It comes with 12GB of DDR4 RAM at 2133 MHz and a maximum memory bandwidth of 17.07 GB/s, alongside 512GB of internal storage and a maximum supported memory amount of 16GB. Cache is distributed across 512 KB L1, 1 MB L2, and 2 MB L3, and the chip operates at a TDP of 6W. Benchmark results show an AnTuTu score of 389,600, Geekbench 6 scores of 767 single-core and 2,057 multi-core, and Geekbench 5 results of 660 single-core and 1,780 multi-core.

The Honor X60i 5G features a dual-lens rear camera with a 50MP main sensor at f/1.8 and a 2MP secondary lens at f/2.4, both using a CMOS sensor without back-side illumination. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus for stills, as well as continuous autofocus during video recording, though laser autofocus is not present. The rear camera supports HDR mode, burst mode, timelapse, panorama, slow-motion video, and a range of manual controls including exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while manual shutter speed and RAW shooting are not available. Video recording is capped at 1080p at 30fps with no HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording support, and optical zoom is absent. A single LED flash is included at the rear, with no dual-tone or RGB flash. On the front, an 8MP single-lens camera sits at f/2.0 without a flash, under-display placement, or a secondary lens.

The Honor X60i 5G runs Android 14 and includes a broad set of privacy controls, covering clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not available. On the customization side, the OS supports theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, extra dim mode, widgets, and customizable notifications, while focus modes and app offloading are absent. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, Live Text, and the ability to play games while they download. The system also supports multi-user accounts, a child lock, voice commands, offline voice recognition, on-device machine learning, battery health check, and device position tracking. Wi-Fi password sharing, Quick Start, and the ability to function as a PC are not supported, and the device does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor.

The Honor X60i 5G is equipped with a 4500 mAh rechargeable battery that is non-removable. It supports 35W wired fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. Wireless charging is not available. The device also features a battery level indicator, making it straightforward to keep track of remaining charge.

The Honor X60i 5G lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack, stereo speakers, and a built-in radio. On the wireless audio side, it supports aptX, aptX HD, and LDAC codecs for higher-quality Bluetooth audio transmission, though aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless are not available.

The Honor X60i 5G supports 5G connectivity along with a dual-SIM configuration, Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), and Bluetooth 5.1. It connects via USB Type-C with USB 2.0 and offers download speeds of up to 2770 MBits/s and upload speeds of up to 1250 MBits/s. NFC, HDMI output, DLNA certification, and an external memory slot are all absent. For navigation and positioning, the device includes GPS, Galileo support, a compass, a gyroscope, and an accelerometer, while a barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, ANT+ support, and motion or optical tracking are not present. Security is handled through a fingerprint scanner, with no iris scanner, 3D facial recognition, crash detection, or satellite SOS available. A stylus and built-in projector are also not included.

The Honor X60i 5G includes a video light for use during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
