The Huawei Pura 70 Pro Plus features a 6.8″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1260 x 2844 px and a pixel density of 460 ppi, delivering a sharp visual output across its large panel. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate alongside a 300Hz touch sampling rate, contributing to smooth on-screen motion and responsive input. The display does not include branded damage-resistant glass, HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision support, and it lacks both an Always-On Display mode and a secondary screen.

The Huawei Pura 70 Pro Plus is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 9010 chipset, built on a 7 nm process with a thermal design power of 6W and a CPU configuration spanning 1 x 2.3, 4 x 2.18, and 3 x 1.55 GHz cores, with a turbo clock speed reaching 3.3GHz. The SoC employs big.LITTLE technology, supports 64-bit processing, and integrates both LTE and a Mali-G57 GPU with DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2 support. The device comes with 16 GB of RAM running at 2750 MHz and a maximum memory bandwidth of 44 GB/s, backed by 1024 GB of internal storage, while cache is organized across 64 KB L1, 0.512 MB L2, and 4 MB L3 layers. ARM TrustZone is present for hardware-level security, though ECC memory is not supported.

The operating system on the Huawei Pura 70 Pro Plus includes a range of usability and privacy-oriented features, among them camera and microphone access controls, dark mode, customizable notifications, and a child lock. It supports multi-user operation, split-screen multitasking, widgets, voice commands, sharing intents, and device tracking, along with a built-in battery health check tool. Location privacy options are not available, and the device cannot be used as a PC. It does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor.

The Huawei Pura 70 Pro Plus is equipped with a 5050 mAh rechargeable battery that is non-removable and includes a battery level indicator. It supports 100W wired fast charging, with a charger included in the box, as well as 80W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging at 20W, covering a broad range of charging scenarios in a single device.

The Huawei Pura 70 Pro Plus includes stereo speakers but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack and does not feature a built-in radio. On the wireless audio side, none of the advanced Bluetooth codec formats — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC — are supported.

The Huawei Pura 70 Pro Plus supports 5G connectivity alongside dual SIM operation, Bluetooth 5.2, and Wi-Fi across three generations — Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n), Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), and Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax). It connects via a USB Type-C port running USB 3.1 and includes NFC, a fingerprint scanner, an infrared sensor, and emergency SOS via satellite. Navigation is handled through GPS and Galileo support, complemented by a gyroscope, accelerometer, and compass on the sensor side. The device does not include an external memory slot, HDMI output, barometer, heart rate monitor, ANT+ support, crash detection, DLNA certification, iris scanner, 3D facial recognition, a stylus, or any form of motion or optical tracking, and no built-in projector is present.

The Huawei Pura 70 Pro Plus includes a video light for use during video recording, while its display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
