The Huion Kamvas 13 (Gen 3) is a pen display tablet compatible with Chromebook, Windows, and Mac systems. Its active drawing area measures 293 x 165 mm², and the unit itself is 361 mm wide, 202 mm tall, and just 11 mm thick, with a total volume of 802.142 cm³ and a weight of 865 g. The tablet includes a stylus and pen stand, features fold-out legs for angled positioning, and has a detachable cable for easier handling. Five physical buttons are built into the body, while wireless use, a 3.5 mm audio jack, microphones, and a travel bag are not part of the package.
The display on this tablet measures 13.3″ and renders at 1920 x 1080 px, resulting in a pixel density of 166 ppi. Brightness is rated at a typical 200 nits, with a contrast ratio of 1000:1 and a response time of 25 ms. Both the horizontal and vertical viewing angles reach 178°, allowing the image to remain visible from nearly any position. Anti-reflection coating is not included on this model.
The included stylus offers 16384 levels of pressure sensitivity alongside a resolution of 5080 LPI and a report rate of 260 RPS. Tilt sensitivity is supported, with a tilt capacity of up to 60°, allowing for more nuanced stroke control based on pen angle. The pen itself has 3 buttons for additional input options during use.
Connectivity on this tablet is handled through a single USB 3.2 Gen 1 USB-C port, which serves as the sole physical connection option. There are no HDMI ports, DisplayPort or mini DisplayPort outputs, USB-A ports of any generation, or USB 2.0 ports. Bluetooth is also not built in, making wired USB-C the only supported connection method.
