One of its notable display traits is a 120Hz refresh rate, which enables smoother on-screen motion during scrolling and general use. The panel does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and it lacks support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, so color and contrast capabilities remain within standard LCD parameters. There is no Always-On Display mode and no secondary screen.

OS updates are not delivered directly from the vendor, and Quick Start and PC mode are not supported.

The Infinix Smart 10 is equipped with a 5000 mAh rechargeable battery that supports 15W fast charging, giving it a reasonably quick wired charging option. The battery is non-removable and does not support wireless charging. A battery level indicator is present, allowing users to monitor charge status at a glance.
