It carries an IP64 rating, meaning it offers solid protection against dust and resistance to water splashing from any direction, though it is not built to a ruggedized standard.

The Infinix Smart 10 features a 6.67-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1600 px and a pixel density of 263 ppi. One of its more notable display traits is its 120Hz refresh rate, which enables smoother on-screen motion. The panel does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and it lacks support for HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and Always-On Display functionality. There is no secondary screen on this device.

The Infinix Smart 10 is powered by the Unisoc T7250 chipset, built on a 12 nm process with an octa-core CPU configuration running two cores at 1.8 GHz and six cores at 1.6 GHz across 8 threads, using big.LITTLE technology for workload distribution. It comes with 3 GB of DDR4 RAM clocked at 1866 MHz and 64 GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage, with the platform supporting a maximum of 12 GB of memory. Graphics are handled by the integrated Mali G57 GPU, which operates at 850 MHz, features 2 execution units and 64 shading units, and supports OpenGL 3.2, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2. The SoC includes integrated LTE, TrustZone security, and a 1 MB L3 cache, with a rated TDP of 10W. On Geekbench 6, the chipset scores 437 in single-core and 1461 in multi-core testing, while Geekbench 5 results sit at 357 and 1350 respectively.

The Infinix Smart 10 has a single-lens 8 MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture, a CMOS sensor with pixel sizes of 2 and 1.12 µm, and a dual-tone two-LED flash, though it lacks a back-illuminated sensor and optical image stabilization. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus for stills as well as continuous autofocus during video recording, while laser autofocus is absent. The main camera supports manual controls for exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, along with HDR mode, burst shooting, panorama, timelapse, and slow-motion video, but does not offer manual shutter speed control, RAW output, or 360-degree panorama capture. Video recording tops out at 1440 x 30 fps, with no support for HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording, and no 3D capture capability. On the front, there is an 8 MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture, a single lens, and no LED flash or under-display placement.

The Infinix Smart 10 runs Android 15, a free and open-source platform that supports multi-user operation, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, widgets, sharing intents, and the ability to play games while they are still downloading. Privacy features are fairly broad, covering clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and app tracking blocking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not included. On the customization side, the OS offers dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, customizable notifications, and an extra dim mode, while focus modes and Wi-Fi password sharing are absent. Additional capabilities include on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, live text selection from images, full-page screenshots, battery health check, app offloading, a media picker, child lock, and device position tracking. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not available, and Quick Start is not supported.

The Infinix Smart 10 is equipped with a 5000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 15W fast charging, though wireless charging is not available. A battery level indicator is built in, giving users a straightforward way to monitor remaining charge.

The Infinix Smart 10 covers the audio basics with a 3.5 mm headphone jack, stereo speakers, and a built-in radio. On the wireless audio side, the device does not support aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC, so high-quality Bluetooth audio codecs are not available.

The Infinix Smart 10 supports Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), NFC, and a cellular module, though 5G is not available. It accepts a single SIM card and offers a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0, along with an external memory slot for expandable storage. Cellular download speeds reach up to 300 Mbits/s and upload up to 150 Mbits/s. Location is handled via GPS with Galileo support, and the sensor set includes an accelerometer and a compass, while a gyroscope, barometer, infrared sensor, and heart rate monitor are all absent. Security options include a fingerprint scanner, though 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not present. There is no HDMI output, no built-in projector, no ANT+ support, no DLNA certification, and no crash detection or satellite SOS functionality. Motion tracking, optical tracking, and a stylus are likewise not included.

The Infinix Smart 10 includes a video light for recording in low-light conditions. The display is flat rather than curved, uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
