The Inno3D GeForce RTX 5070 iChill X3 operates at a base GPU clock of 2325 MHz, boosting up to 2572 MHz under load. It delivers 31.6 TFLOPS of floating-point performance, supported by a pixel rate of 205.8 GPixel/s and a texture rate of 493.8 GTexels/s. The card's 6144 shading units work alongside 192 texture mapping units and 80 render output units to handle rendering workloads, while the GPU memory runs at 1750 MHz. Double Precision Floating Point (DPFP) is also supported.
The card is equipped with 12 GB of GDDR7 VRAM running across a 192-bit memory bus, reaching an effective speed of 28000 MHz and a peak bandwidth of 672 GB/s. ECC memory support is also included, which helps detect and correct memory errors during operation.
The card supports DirectX 12 Ultimate, OpenGL 4.6, and OpenCL 3, covering a broad range of graphics and compute workloads. Ray tracing and DLSS are both supported, while XeSS (XMX) is not. Multi-display technology is enabled with support for up to four simultaneous displays, and Intel Resizable BAR is present to help improve data transfer between the CPU and GPU. Stereoscopic 3D is also supported, LHR is not included, and the card features RGB lighting.
The card's output configuration consists of three DisplayPort connectors and one HDMI 2.1b port, totaling four display outputs. There are no DVI, mini DisplayPort, or USB-C ports on this card.
Built on the Blackwell architecture using a 5 nm manufacturing process, the card integrates 31,100 million transistors and connects via a PCIe 5 slot. It has a rated TDP of 250W and uses air cooling only, with no water-cooling support. The card measures 334 mm in width and 148 mm in height, and comes with a three-year warranty.
