The iQOO TWS 1i use an in-ear fit and are fully true wireless, meaning there are no cables or neckband involved. They carry an IP54 ingress protection rating, which makes them sweat resistant and suitable for physical activity. Stereo speakers are present, while wingtips are not included in the package.
The iQOO TWS 1i rely on a 10 mm driver unit to reproduce audio across a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz. Passive noise reduction is present, helping to block out ambient sound through the physical seal of the in-ear fit, though active noise cancellation is not supported. The earbuds do not use a neodymium magnet in their driver construction.
Each earbud houses a rechargeable 49 mAh battery delivering up to 10 hours of playback, while the 513 mAh charging case extends the total to 35 hours before needing a recharge. Charging is done via cable and takes 1.5 hours to complete, as wireless charging is not supported. A battery level indicator is built in, and fast charging is available to help reduce downtime.
The iQOO TWS 1i connect wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.3 with a maximum range of 10 meters and an audio latency of 55 ms. The earbuds do not support fast pairing, NFC pairing, or any aptX codec variants — including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Low Latency, aptX Lossless, and aptX Voice — nor do they support LDAC, LDHC, or AAC. USB Type-C is used for wired charging, and the case can be used wirelessly for audio transmission given the Bluetooth connection.
The iQOO TWS 1i support fast charging and include a find-device feature to help locate misplaced earbuds. They can function as a headset for calls and offer a mute function, voice prompts, and a control panel placed on the device itself, though there is no in-line control panel. A travel bag is included in the box for portability. Ambient sound mode, in/on-ear detection, and a body temperature sensor are not part of the feature set.
