Itel City 200 (128GB / 4GB RAM)

The Itel City 200 has a non-folding, non-rugged form factor measuring 167.6 mm tall, 78.6 mm wide, and just 7.5 mm thick, with a total volume of 98.8002 cm³. Despite its slim profile, the device carries IP67 and IP64 ratings, meaning it offers meaningful protection against dust ingress and water immersion under specified conditions — a notable inclusion at this level.

The Itel City 200 uses an IPS LCD touchscreen measuring 6.78 inches with a resolution of 720 x 1576 px and a pixel density of 256 ppi. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate, which helps deliver smoother scrolling and on-screen motion. The display does not include branded damage-resistant glass, Always-On Display functionality, a secondary screen, or support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision.

The Itel City 200 is powered by the Unisoc T7250 chipset, built on a 12 nm process with an octa-core CPU arrangement of 2 cores at 1.8 GHz and 6 cores at 1.6 GHz, using big.LITTLE technology and 8 threads for multithreaded workloads. It comes with 4GB of DDR4 RAM running at 1866 MHz and 128GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage, with support for up to 12GB of maximum memory. The Mali G57 GPU operates at 850 MHz, features 2 execution units and 64 shading units, and supports OpenGL 3.2, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2. The SoC is 64-bit capable, includes integrated LTE and integrated graphics, supports TrustZone for hardware-level security, and has a thermal design power of 10W. Geekbench 6 scores sit at 437 single-core and 1461 multi-core, while Geekbench 5 results are 357 single-core and 1350 multi-core. The chip also includes a 1 MB L3 cache.

The main camera on the Itel City 200 uses a single-lens 50 MP CMOS sensor without optical image stabilization or a back-illuminated sensor, and captures video at 1080p 30 fps with continuous autofocus during recording, though HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not supported. Focusing options include phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, and manual focus, while laser autofocus is absent. Manual controls extend to exposure, ISO, and white balance, though manual shutter speed is not available. The camera also supports burst mode, slow-motion video, HDR stills, and in-camera panoramas, but cannot shoot in RAW format or capture 360-degree panoramas. A single LED flash is present on the rear, with no dual-tone or RGB flash. The 8 MP front camera is a single-lens unit with no front-facing flash and is not positioned under the display.

The Itel City 200 runs Android 15 as a free and open-source operating system, supporting multi-user access, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, widgets, sharing intents, and the ability to play games while they download. Privacy tools include clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and app tracking blocking, though Mail Privacy Protection, cross-site tracking blocking, and Wi-Fi password sharing are absent. Customization options cover theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, and an extra dim mode, while notification permissions and customizable notifications give users further control over alerts. The OS also includes on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, Live Text, full-page screenshots, a media picker, battery health check, app offloading, a child lock, and device position tracking. Direct OS vendor updates are not available, focus modes and Quick Start are not supported, and the device cannot be used as a PC.

The Itel City 200 is equipped with a 5200 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 18W fast charging. A battery level indicator is included, making it easy to monitor charge status at a glance. Wireless charging and reverse wireless charging are not supported.

The Itel City 200 includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack and stereo speakers for audio output. It does not support any high-quality Bluetooth audio codecs — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are all absent. There is no built-in radio tuner.

The Itel City 200 supports 4G cellular connectivity — 5G is not available — and accommodates two SIM cards alongside an external memory slot for expandable storage. It connects via USB Type-C (USB 2.0) with download speeds of up to 300 MBits/s and upload speeds of up to 150 MBits/s, and supports Wi-Fi and GPS with Galileo. Sensors include an accelerometer, while a gyroscope, compass, barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, and motion or optical tracking are all absent. NFC, ANT+, DLNA certification, HDMI output, and a built-in projector are not present, and the device does not offer 3D facial recognition, an iris scanner, crash detection, emergency SOS via satellite, or a stylus.

The Itel City 200 includes a video light for illumination during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor e-paper technology.
