The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i, though it does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no secondary screen.

Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus as well as continuous autofocus during video recording, though laser autofocus is not present, and there is no optical image stabilization. The rear setup supports a healthy range of manual controls — including exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance — along with HDR mode, burst shooting, slow-motion video, timelapse, and in-camera panorama; it does not shoot RAW files, lacks a manual shutter speed option, and does not support 360° panoramas, HDR10 recording, Dolby Vision recording, or 3D capture. The Itel S25 Ultra 128GB runs Android 14, a free and open-source platform that supports multiple user accounts and includes a broad set of privacy controls — among them clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not available. On the usability side, the OS offers dark mode, dynamic and manual theme customization, customizable notifications with granular permission controls, a media picker, full-page scrolling screenshots, split-screen multitasking, picture-in-picture, sharing intents, home screen widgets, and a child lock. Additional conveniences include on-device machine learning, Live Text for selecting text within images, offline voice recognition, voice commands, device tracking, battery health monitoring, an extra dim display mode, and the ability to play games while they are still downloading. Focus modes, Wi-Fi password sharing, app offloading, Quick Start, and the option to use the phone as a PC are not supported, and the device does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor.

The Itel S25 Ultra 128GB is equipped with a 5000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 18W fast charging, helping to reduce time spent tethered to a power source. A battery level indicator is present, keeping the user informed of remaining charge at a glance. Wireless charging is not supported.

The Itel S25 Ultra 128GB includes stereo speakers for audio output, but does not feature a 3.5 mm headphone jack, so wired headphones would require an adapter. Security is handled by a fingerprint scanner, while 3D facial recognition and iris scanning are not available. The phone does not include an infrared sensor, barometer, heart rate monitor, HDMI output, ANT+ support, DLNA certification, motion or optical tracking, a built-in projector, or a stylus, and it lacks emergency SOS via satellite and crash detection.

The Itel S25 Ultra 128GB features a curved display, giving the screen a more contoured look along the edges, and includes a video light for use during video recording. The display is not sapphire glass, nor is it an e-paper panel.
