The Itel T31 Pro uses an in-ear fit and operates as a true wireless design with no cables or neckband. It carries an IPX5 ingress protection rating, making it sweat resistant and suitable for physical activity. Wingtips are not included, and the earbuds deliver audio through stereo speakers.
The Itel T31 Pro features both active noise cancellation (ANC) and passive noise reduction, working together to limit unwanted ambient sound. Its 13 mm driver unit covers a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, spanning the full standard range of human hearing. The earbuds do not use a neodymium magnet in their driver configuration.
The Itel T31 Pro earbuds carry a 37 mAh rechargeable battery that delivers up to 8 hours of playback, while the 500 mAh charging case extends total usage to 37 hours before needing a recharge. A full charge takes 1.5 hours, and wireless charging is not supported. A battery level indicator is included, allowing users to monitor remaining charge on the earbuds.
The Itel T31 Pro connects wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.3 with a maximum range of 10 m and an audio latency of 45 ms. USB Type-C is used for wired charging, while fast pairing and NFC pairing are not supported. The earbuds do not include any aptX variants (including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Low Latency, aptX Lossless, or aptX Voice), and neither LDAC, LDHC, nor AAC codec support is available.
The Itel T31 Pro includes ambient sound mode and a mute function, and it can be used as a headset for calls. Controls are handled via a panel placed on the device itself, while an in-line control panel is not available. Voice prompts are supported, and a travel bag is included in the box. The earbuds support fast charging but lack in-ear detection, a find device feature, notification reading, and a body temperature sensor.
The Itel T31 Pro is equipped with four microphones and includes noise-canceling microphone support, which helps reduce background noise during calls and voice use.
