A 1000Hz polling rate and a one-year warranty are also part of the package.
The Q2 Max QMK/VIA Wireless features a full aluminum case available in black or white, paired with a polycarbonate plate. The keyboard has RGB backlighting with a south-facing LED direction, and adjustable feet are included to allow for some typing angle customization. No wrist rest is included in the box.

The board does not include analog input, rapid trigger, dual actuation, adjustable actuation, USB passthrough, a display, or ZMK support.
The Q2 Max QMK/VIA Wireless uses an ANSI United States layout with a standard key arrangement, fitted with OEM-profile PBT double-shot keycaps. It includes both dedicated media keys and a rotary dial, giving users direct hardware controls without relying on function layer combinations.
