The Lenovo EA400 uses a 13 mm driver unit and covers a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz. The earbuds do not include active noise cancellation, passive noise reduction, or a neodymium magnet, and they do not support spatial audio, Dolby Atmos, or Dirac Virtuo.
The Lenovo EA400 offers 6 hours of battery life per charge, with the included charging case extending total playback to 18 hours. A full charge takes 1.5 hours, and the earbuds feature a rechargeable battery with a battery level indicator. Wireless charging and solar power are not supported.
The Lenovo EA400 connects wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.4 with a maximum range of 10 meters, and charges through a USB Type-C port. It does not support fast pairing or NFC pairing, and none of the advanced audio codecs are present, including LDAC, LDHC, AAC, aptX in any of its variants, Bluetooth LE Audio, or Auracast.
The Lenovo EA400 supports fast charging and can be used as a headset, with a mute function and voice prompts included for hands-free convenience. Controls are handled through an on-device panel rather than an in-line control, and a travel bag is included in the box.
