The Lumio Arc 5 runs on a conventional lamp light source rather than laser and draws 65W during operation. It measures 142.5 mm wide, 112 mm tall, and 185 mm deep, giving it a total volume of 2952.6 cm³, with a weight of 1330 g that keeps it reasonably portable. A dedicated smartphone app is included for device control, and the projector ships with a one-year warranty. It does not feature a laser light source.
The Lumio Arc 5 projects at 1080p resolution with a brightness rating of 200 ANSI lumens, covering a maximum projection size of 100″. For HDR content, it supports both HDR10 and HLG, though HDR10+ and Dolby Vision are not supported. 3D content displayed via glasses is also not available on this unit.
The Lumio Arc 5 offers a wireless-forward connectivity setup, with AirPlay, Chromecast built-in, and Miracast all supported alongside Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. On the wired side, it includes one HDMI port and one USB port, while VGA, DVI, S/PDIF output, and RJ45 (Ethernet) connections are absent from the design.
The Lumio Arc 5 comes with a built-in stereo speaker system rated at 2 x 5W with Dolby Atmos support, and also includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack for wired audio output. A built-in smart TV platform is integrated directly into the unit, and voice commands are available for hands-free control. Neither vertical nor horizontal lens shift is provided, and there is no external memory slot for local storage expansion.
