OnePlus 13s

The OnePlus 13s has a standard, non-folding form factor with dimensions of 150.8 mm in height, 71.7 mm in width, and a slim 8.2 mm thickness, resulting in a total volume of 88.66 cm³ and a weight of 185 g. It carries an IP65 rating, confirming it is water resistant, though it does not feature a rugged build designed for harsh environments.

The OnePlus 13s features a 6.32″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1216 x 2640 px and a pixel density of 460 ppi, delivering a sharp and vibrant visual experience. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate along with HDR10 and HDR10+ content, and includes an Always-On Display mode as well as branded damage-resistant glass. Dolby Vision is not supported, and the device has no secondary screen.

The OnePlus 13s is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, a 3 nm chipset with an octa-core CPU configured as 2 cores at 4.32 GHz and 6 cores at 3.53 GHz, supporting 8 threads, big.LITTLE architecture, HMP, multithreading, and a TDP of 8.2W. It is paired with 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM running at 5300 MHz across 2 memory channels, a maximum memory bandwidth of 85.1 GB/s, ECC memory support, and a maximum supported memory amount of 24 GB, alongside 512 GB of internal storage. The Adreno 830 GPU runs at 1100 MHz with a turbo clock of 1100 MHz, features 1536 shading units, supports up to 2 displays, and is compatible with DirectX 12, OpenGL 3.2, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 3. The SoC also includes integrated LTE, integrated graphics, TrustZone security, and 64-bit support, while the CPU cache hierarchy consists of 192 KB L1, 12 MB L2, and 8 MB L3 cache. Geekbench 6 scores are recorded at 3234 single-core and 10059 multi-core.

The OnePlus 13s features a dual-lens rear camera system with two 50 MP sensors at apertures of f/2 and f/1.8, a CMOS sensor type, optical image stabilization, 2x optical zoom, and phase-detection autofocus for stills as well as continuous autofocus during video recording. Main camera video capture reaches up to 4K at 60 fps, and the system also supports slow-motion recording, timelapse, burst mode, panorama, HDR mode, and RAW shooting, with manual controls available for exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance — though manual shutter speed is not available. A single LED flash is present, with no dual-tone, RGB, or front-facing flash. The 32 MP front camera has an aperture of f/2 and is a single-lens setup positioned above the display, without an under-display placement or a front-facing flash. HDR10 and Dolby Vision video recording are not supported, and the device has no laser autofocus, 360° panorama, or 3D photo and video capabilities.

The OnePlus 13s runs Android 15, a free and open-source platform that supports multi-user profiles, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, widgets, sharing intents, and the ability to play games while they are still downloading. Privacy features include clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not available. The OS also offers theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, an extra dim mode, customizable notifications with notification permission controls, a media picker, full-page screenshots, Live Text, battery health check, app offloading, on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, and voice commands. Device tracking is supported, and a child lock is available, while focus modes, Wi-Fi password sharing, Quick Start, and the ability to use the device as a PC are not included. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not provided through this configuration.

The OnePlus 13s houses a 5850 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery with a built-in level indicator. It supports 80W fast wired charging, though wireless charging is not available.

The OnePlus 13s includes stereo speakers but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack and has no built-in radio. On the wireless audio side, none of the advanced Bluetooth codec options — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC — are supported.

The OnePlus 13s supports 5G cellular connectivity and is available in single or dual-SIM configurations, with download speeds of up to 10,000 Mbit/s and upload speeds of up to 3,500 Mbit/s. Wireless connectivity covers Wi-Fi 4, 5, 6, and 7, while Bluetooth 6 and NFC are also included. The device connects via a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0 and does not have an external memory slot, HDMI output, or DLNA certification. Onboard sensors include a gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, GPS with Galileo support, an infrared sensor, and a fingerprint scanner, while a barometer, heart rate monitor, iris scanner, and 3D facial recognition are absent. Motion tracking, optical tracking, ANT+ support, crash detection, emergency SOS via satellite, and a built-in projector are likewise not featured, and no stylus is included.

The OnePlus 13s includes a video light for recording in low-light conditions. The display is flat rather than curved, and the device features neither a sapphire glass screen nor an e-paper display.
