The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro features a 6.78″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1264 x 2780 px and a pixel density of 450 ppi, paired with a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth on-screen motion. Typical brightness is rated at 1600 nits, and the display is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2. It supports HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision for broad high dynamic range compatibility, and includes an Always-On Display mode. The device does not have a secondary screen.

The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 system-on-chip, built on a 4 nm process with an 8-thread CPU configuration using big.LITTLE and HMP technology, with clock speeds spanning 2.26 GHz up to 3.3 GHz and a TDP of 12.5W. It is paired with 24GB of DDR5 RAM running at 4800 MHz across two memory channels, a maximum memory bandwidth of 76.6 GB/s, and 1024GB of internal storage. Graphics are handled by the Adreno 750 GPU clocked at 900 MHz, featuring 3 execution units, support for DirectX 12, OpenGL 3.2, OpenGL ES 3.2, OpenCL 2, and OpenVG 1.2, with integrated LTE also present on the SoC. The CPU cache configuration includes 1MB of L2 and 12MB of L3 cache, and the chip supports 64-bit processing, multithreading, and TrustZone security. The rear array uses a CMOS sensor type without back-illumination, and autofocus is handled through phase-detection and touch autofocus, though laser autofocus is not present. Manual controls include exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while manual shutter speed, RAW capture, and 360° panorama shooting are not available; standard in-camera panorama mode is supported along with burst mode and HDR. Customization options include theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, and an extra dim mode, while focus modes and app offloading are not supported. The OS accommodates multiple users, supports widgets, sharing intents, a media picker, a child lock, and allows games to be played while still downloading. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page scrolling screenshots, and Live Text selection from images. On-device machine learning is built in, alongside offline voice recognition and voice commands, and the device supports phone tracking. Notification handling is flexible with customizable notification controls and permissions. Wi-Fi password sharing and Quick Start are not available, and the device does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor, nor can it function as a PC.

The OnePlus Ace 3 Pro houses a 6100 mAh rechargeable battery with a battery level indicator, and ships with a charger included in the box.
