The display runs at a 165Hz refresh rate and reaches a typical brightness of 800 nits, while the Always-On Display function keeps basic information visible without fully waking the screen. It does not carry branded damage-resistant glass, and it lacks support for HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision, nor does it include a secondary screen.

The OnePlus Turbo 6 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 system-on-chip, built on a 4 nm process with an 8-thread CPU configuration using big.LITTLE technology across core clusters running at up to 3.21 GHz, and a TDP of 12.5W. It pairs 16 GB of DDR5 RAM running at 4800 MHz — expandable to a maximum of 24 GB — with 512 GB of internal storage (eMMC 5.1), and delivers a maximum memory bandwidth of 76.8 GB/s. Graphics are handled by the integrated Adreno 825 GPU clocked at 1150 MHz with 3 execution units, supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL 3.3, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, driving a single display.
