The Oppo A3 (China) features a 6.7″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 px and a pixel density of 394 ppi, delivering a sharp and vibrant visual experience. The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches a typical brightness of 600 nits, while branded damage-resistant glass adds a layer of protection. The screen does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no Always-On Display mode or secondary screen.

The Oppo A3 (China) is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G, a 6 nm chipset with an octa-core CPU running at 2 x 2.2 GHz and 6 x 1.7 GHz across 8 threads, supported by big.LITTLE and HMP technologies, though it does not use simultaneous multithreading. The SoC integrates an Adreno 619 GPU clocked at 950 MHz, with support for DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, alongside integrated LTE. The device comes with 12GB of DDR4 RAM at 2133 MHz across 2 memory channels, offering a maximum memory bandwidth of 17 GB/s and a maximum supported memory amount of 8GB, while storage stands at 512GB via eMMC 5.1.
