Oppo A6s 4G

The Oppo A6s 4G has a standard candy-bar form factor with no folding mechanism or rugged construction. It measures 166.6 mm tall, 78.5 mm wide, and 8.6 mm thick, with a total volume of 112.47 cm³ and a weight of 215 g. A notable design attribute is its IP68-rated water resistance, which covers submersion to a depth of 1.5 metres, making it fully waterproof under those conditions.

The Oppo A6s 4G uses a 6.75-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1570 px and a pixel density of 256 ppi. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate alongside a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and reaches a typical brightness of 900 nits. The display does not include branded damage-resistant glass, HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, or an Always-On Display mode, and there is no secondary screen.

The Oppo A6s 4G is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 4G system-on-chip, built on a 6 nm process with an octa-core CPU running at 4 x 2.8 GHz and 4 x 1.9 GHz using big.LITTLE architecture across 8 threads. It is paired with 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM at 2133 MHz, 256GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage, and supports up to 16GB of RAM in total. Graphics are handled by the integrated Adreno 610 GPU clocked at 1260 MHz, with support for DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, while maximum memory bandwidth reaches 17 GB/s. The SoC includes integrated LTE, 64-bit support, NX bit, and TrustZone security, and the chip scores 473 single-core and 1510 multi-core in Geekbench 6, and 442 single-core and 1787 multi-core in Geekbench 5.

The Oppo A6s 4G features a single-lens rear camera with a 50 MP CMOS sensor and an f/1.8 aperture, capable of recording video at 1080p 30fps with continuous autofocus and slow-motion support, though it lacks optical image stabilization, a BSI sensor, optical zoom, and HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus, while manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, with burst mode, HDR, panorama, and timelapse also available; RAW capture and manual shutter speed are not supported. A single LED flash is present on the rear, with no dual-tone or RGB flash. The 16 MP front camera has an f/2.4 aperture and is a single-lens unit with no front-facing flash, no under-display placement, and no 3D photo or 360-degree panorama capabilities.

The Oppo A6s 4G runs Android 15 and includes a broad set of privacy controls, covering clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access management, and app tracking blocking, though Mail Privacy Protection and cross-site tracking blocking are absent. On the customisation side, it supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customisation, widgets, and an extra dim mode, while focus modes and Quick Start are not available. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, customisable notifications, Live Text, and the ability to play games while they download. The system also supports on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, multi-user accounts, child lock, app offloading, phone tracking, and a battery health check, though it does not receive direct OS vendor updates and cannot function as a PC.

The Oppo A6s 4G houses a 7000 mAh rechargeable battery that is non-removable and comes with a charger included in the box. It supports 80W wired fast charging, and a battery level indicator is present, though wireless charging and reverse wireless charging are not available.

The Oppo A6s 4G is equipped with stereo speakers and supports aptX Bluetooth audio codec, though it does not include aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC. There is no 3.5 mm headphone jack and no built-in radio.

The device does not include a gyroscope, barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, ANT+ support, 3D facial recognition, iris scanner, HDMI output, DLNA certification, crash detection, satellite SOS, or a built-in projector, and no stylus is included.

The Oppo A6s 4G includes a video light for use during video recording, while its display is flat and uses neither sapphire glass nor e-paper technology.
