Oppo A6t 4G

The Oppo A6t 4G has a non-folding, non-rugged form factor measuring 166.6 mm tall, 78.5 mm wide, and 8.6 mm thick, with a total volume of 112.47 cm³ and a weight of 215 g. It carries an IP64 rating, meaning the device is protected against dust ingress and resistant to water splashes from any direction.

The Oppo A6t 4G features a 6.75″ IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1570 px and a pixel density of 256 ppi. The panel runs at a 120Hz refresh rate paired with a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and reaches a typical brightness of 900 nits. The display does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no Always-On Display mode, no secondary screen, and no branded damage-resistant glass.

The Oppo A6t 4G is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 4G, a 6 nm octa-core chipset using big.LITTLE technology with four cores clocked at 2.8 GHz and four at 1.9 GHz across 8 threads, paired with 6 GB of DDR4 RAM running at 2133 MHz and 128 GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage expandable up to a maximum of 16 GB of addressable memory. The integrated Adreno 610 GPU operates at 1260 MHz and supports DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, with a maximum memory bandwidth of 17 GB/s. The SoC includes integrated LTE, integrated graphics, NX bit, and TrustZone security, and the platform is fully 64-bit capable. In Geekbench 6, the chipset scores 473 single-core and 1510 multi-core, while Geekbench 5 results stand at 442 single-core and 1787 multi-core.

The Oppo A6t 4G features a single-lens 13 MP rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a CMOS sensor, supported by phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video recording, though there is no optical image stabilization, laser autofocus, or BSI sensor. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while burst mode, HDR, panorama, timelapse, and slow-motion video recording are also available; raw capture and manual shutter speed are not supported. The main camera records video at 1080p at 60 fps but does not support HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording, and the single LED flash is not dual-tone or RGB. On the front, a 5 MP single-lens camera with an f/2.2 aperture handles selfies without a dedicated flash, and it is not positioned under the display. Neither the rear nor the front camera offers 3D capture or 360-degree panorama shooting.

The Oppo A6t 4G runs Android 15, a free and open-source platform that supports multi-user operation, widgets, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, sharing intents, and the ability to play games while they download. Personalization options include theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, and an extra dim mode, while productivity is aided by full-page screenshots, a media picker, customizable notifications, notification permission controls, Live Text in images, app offloading, offline voice recognition, and voice commands. On the privacy front, the OS provides location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, clipboard warnings, app tracking blocking, and device tracking; however, Mail Privacy Protection, cross-site tracking blocking, and Wi-Fi password sharing are not available. The device also includes a battery health check tool and a child lock, but does not support focus modes, Quick Start, or direct OS updates from the vendor, and cannot be used as a PC.

The Oppo A6t 4G is equipped with a 6500 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. A battery level indicator is built in for convenient monitoring. Wireless charging and reverse wireless charging are not supported.

The Oppo A6t 4G includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack for wired audio and supports aptX over Bluetooth for improved wireless audio quality. It does not, however, support aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC, and there is no stereo speaker setup or built-in radio.

The Oppo A6t 4G supports dual SIM cards and connects wirelessly via Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) and Bluetooth 5.0, though 5G, NFC, and DLNA certification are absent. Wired connectivity is handled by a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0, and there is no HDMI output. Cellular download speeds reach up to 390 Mbits/s and upload up to 150 Mbits/s. Navigation is covered by GPS with Galileo support, and onboard sensors include an accelerometer and compass, while a gyroscope, barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, and ANT+ are not present. Security options include a fingerprint scanner, but 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not available. The device also has an external memory slot for storage expansion, and does not include a stylus, built-in projector, crash detection, or emergency SOS via satellite.

The Oppo A6t 4G includes a video light for illumination during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor e-paper technology.
