The Oppo K13 5G features a 6.67″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a 1080 x 2400 px resolution and a pixel density of 395 ppi, delivering a sharp and vibrant visual experience. The panel runs at a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches a typical brightness of 600 nits, while also supporting an Always-On Display for at-a-glance information without fully waking the screen. The display does not carry branded damage-resistant glass and lacks support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no secondary screen on the device.

The Oppo K13 5G features a dual-lens rear camera system with a 50 MP primary sensor at f/1.9 and a 2 MP secondary lens at f/2.4, both using CMOS technology without a back-illuminated sensor.
