The Oppo Reno14 Pro has a non-folding, non-rugged form factor measuring 163.4 mm tall, 77 mm wide, and 7.5 mm thick, with a total volume of 94.3635 cm³ and a weight of 201 g. It carries an IP68 ingress protection rating, classifying it as fully waterproof against dust and sustained water immersion.

The Oppo Reno14 Pro features a 6.83″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a 1272 x 2800 px resolution and a pixel density of 450 ppi, delivering a sharp and detailed image. The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate with a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and offers a typical brightness of 600 nits. It supports both HDR10 and HDR10+, includes an Always-On Display mode, and is protected by branded damage-resistant glass. Dolby Vision is not supported, and there is no secondary screen.

The Oppo Reno14 Pro is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset, built on a 4nm process with an 8-thread CPU configuration running at speeds of 1 x 3.25 GHz, 3 x 3 GHz, and 4 x 2.15 GHz using big.LITTLE and HMP technology. It comes with 16GB of DDR5 RAM running at 4267 MHz across 4 memory channels, supporting up to 24GB maximum, alongside 512GB of internal storage. The Mali G720 MC7 GPU operates at 1300 MHz with integrated graphics, DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2 support, while maximum memory bandwidth reaches 68.2 GB/s. Cache is organized as 1 MB L2 and 6 MB L3, and the platform scores 1,675,100 on AnTuTu, with Geekbench 6 results of 1571 single-core and 6033 multi-core. The chipset also supports 64-bit processing, NX bit, and TrustZone security.

The Oppo Reno14 Pro features a triple rear camera system with three 50MP CMOS sensors at apertures of f/1.8, f/2.8, and f/2.0, paired with optical image stabilization and 3.5x optical zoom. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus with continuous autofocus during video, though laser autofocus is absent. The main camera records video at up to 2160p at 60fps and supports slow-motion recording, while HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not available. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, though manual shutter speed is not included, and additional shooting modes include burst, panorama, and timelapse. A single LED flash is present on the rear, with no dual-tone or RGB flash, while the front camera offers a 50MP single-lens sensor at f/2.0 without a front-facing flash, under-display placement, or a secondary lens. Neither 3D nor 360-degree capture is supported.

The Oppo Reno14 Pro runs Android 15 and includes a broad set of privacy controls, covering clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not present. On the usability side, the OS supports dark mode, dynamic and manual theme customization, an extra dim mode, customizable notifications, a media picker, full-page screenshots, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, widgets, sharing intents, a child lock, and the ability to offload apps and play games while they download. It also includes on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, phone tracking, multi-user support, a battery health check, and Live Text for selecting text in images. Focus modes, Wi-Fi password sharing, Quick Start, and the ability to function as a PC are not supported, and OS updates are not delivered directly by the vendor.

The Oppo Reno14 Pro is equipped with a 6200 mAh rechargeable battery that supports 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging, with a charger included in the box. A battery level indicator is present, while reverse wireless charging is not supported and the battery is non-removable.

The Oppo Reno14 Pro includes stereo speakers and supports aptX and aptX HD for higher-quality Bluetooth audio, while aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are not available. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack and no built-in radio.

The Oppo Reno14 Pro supports 5G connectivity and accommodates two SIM cards, with wireless networking covering Wi-Fi 4, Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6, and Wi-Fi 6E. Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC are both present, and the device reaches download speeds of up to 5170 Mbit/s. It connects via a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0 and has no external memory slot or HDMI output. Onboard sensors include a gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, GPS with Galileo support, an infrared sensor, and a fingerprint scanner, while a barometer, heart rate monitor, iris scanner, and 3D facial recognition are absent. ANT+, DLNA certification, crash detection, emergency SOS via satellite, motion and optical tracking, a built-in projector, and a stylus are also not featured.

The Oppo Reno14 Pro includes a video light for recording in low-light conditions, while the display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
