Oukitel C51

The Oukitel C51 has a standard non-folding design with no rugged build or water resistance rating. It measures 168.1 x 78.2 x 9.4 mm and weighs 205 g, giving it a fairly sizeable and moderately thick profile with a total volume of around 123.6 cm³.

The Oukitel C51 uses a 6.8-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1600 px and a pixel density of 258 ppi, delivering a reasonably sharp image for its class. The panel runs at a 90Hz refresh rate and reaches a typical brightness of 450 nits, while the screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 for added durability. There is no secondary screen, and the display does not support HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, or an Always-On mode.

The Oukitel C51 is powered by the Unisoc T606 chipset, built on a 12nm process with an octa-core CPU running at 1.6 GHz across all eight threads, supported by big.LITTLE architecture and Heterogeneous Multi-Processing. It comes with 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM at 1600 MHz and 128GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage, with a maximum supported memory amount of 14GB. Graphics are handled by the Mali G57 MP1 GPU clocked at 650 MHz with 64 shading units, supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2.0. The SoC includes integrated LTE, TrustZone security, and integrated graphics, while benchmark results place it at 1391 in Geekbench 6 multi-core, 371 single-core, and a PassMark score of 2663, with a thermal design power of 10W. Cache configuration consists of 128KB L1, 2MB L2, and 1MB L3, and maximum memory bandwidth reaches 12.8 GB/s.

The Oukitel C51 sports a single 13 MP rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture, phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, and a single LED flash, while optical image stabilization, laser autofocus, and dual-tone or RGB flash are not included. It records video at 1080p at 30fps with continuous autofocus during recording and also supports slow-motion capture, though HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are absent. Manual controls cover ISO, exposure, focus, and white balance, and the camera also offers burst mode and in-camera panorama, but raw shooting and manual shutter speed control are not available. On the front, there is a 5 MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture, no flash, and a single lens — it sits in a standard position rather than under the display. Neither the front nor rear system has 3D or 360-degree capture capabilities.

The Oukitel C51 runs on Android 13, bringing a solid set of privacy and usability features to the table. On the privacy side, users get clipboard warnings, location privacy controls, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking, Mail Privacy Protection, and Wi-Fi password sharing are not present. The OS supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, extra dim mode, customizable notifications, a media picker, and home screen widgets, while focus modes, app offloading, and battery health checks are not available. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, sharing intents, Live Text, and the ability to play games while they are still downloading. The system also offers offline voice recognition and voice commands, on-device machine learning, multi-user support, device tracking, and a child lock, though Quick Start and direct OS vendor updates are not supported.

The Oukitel C51 is equipped with a 5150 mAh rechargeable battery that supports fast charging at 10W, and a charger is included in the box. The battery is non-removable and does not support wireless charging, but a battery level indicator is present so users can keep track of remaining charge at a glance.

The Oukitel C51 includes a 3.5mm headphone jack and a built-in radio, offering a couple of convenient audio options. It does not feature stereo speakers, and there is no support for any high-quality Bluetooth audio codecs — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are all absent.

The Oukitel C51 supports dual SIM cards and connects wirelessly via Wi-Fi 4 and Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0, though 5G is not available. The USB Type-C port runs on USB 2.0, and there is an external memory slot for storage expansion. Cellular download speeds reach up to 300 Mbits/s and upload up to 100 Mbits/s. For location, the device has GPS with Galileo support, and sensors include an accelerometer, while a gyroscope, compass, and barometer are absent. A fingerprint scanner handles biometric authentication — NFC, iris scanning, and 3D facial recognition are not present. Other features such as HDMI output, infrared sensor, ANT+, heart rate monitor, DLNA certification, crash detection, satellite SOS, motion or optical tracking, and a built-in projector are all absent, and no stylus is included.

The Oukitel C51 includes a video light, which can be used during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved, and the device uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
