Oukitel P1

The Oukitel P1 has a standard, non-folding form factor with dimensions of 162.4 x 76.2 x 8.2 mm and a weight of 186.8 g. It does not feature a rugged build, and water resistance is absent, so the device offers no certified protection against moisture or dust exposure.

The Oukitel P1 features a 6.7-inch OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels and a pixel density of 394 ppi. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 5, offering a degree of scratch and impact resistance. There is no Always-On Display mode, and the screen does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, nor does the device include a secondary screen.

The Oukitel P1 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, built on a 6nm process with an octa-core CPU running at up to 2.2 GHz across 8 threads, using big.LITTLE architecture with Heterogeneous Multi-Processing (HMP) for workload distribution. It comes with 8GB of DDR4 RAM running at 4266 MHz and a maximum supported memory capacity of 12GB, paired with 256GB of internal storage over eMMC 5.2 with a memory bandwidth of 17.1 GB/s across two channels. Graphics are handled by the integrated Mali G57 GPU, clocked at 950 MHz with a turbo frequency of 2133 MHz, 32 shading units, and support for DirectX 11, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, capable of driving up to two displays. The chipset also integrates LTE, supports 64-bit processing, and includes ARM TrustZone for hardware-level security, while operating within a thermal design power of 5W and a maximum CPU temperature of 95°C. Geekbench 6 scores stand at 729 for single-core and 1979 for multi-core performance.

The Oukitel P1 carries a dual-lens rear camera system with a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary lens, featuring apertures of f/2.4 and f/1.9 respectively, built on a CMOS sensor without back-side illumination. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus as well as continuous autofocus during video recording, though laser autofocus is absent, and there is no optical image stabilization or optical zoom. Video capture tops out at 4K at 30 fps, with slow-motion recording also supported, but HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not available. On the manual controls side, the camera offers adjustable exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while burst mode, HDR, timelapse, and in-camera panorama are all present — raw file output and manual shutter speed control are not. A single LED flash accompanies the rear camera, with no dual-tone or RGB flash. The 32MP front camera sits behind an f/2.2 aperture in a standard position above the display, with no front-facing flash, secondary lens, or under-display placement, and 3D photo and video capture is not supported.

The Oukitel P1 runs Android 14 and includes a broad set of privacy controls, covering clipboard warnings, location privacy options, and camera and microphone access management, though Mail Privacy Protection and cross-site tracking blocking are not available. On the customization side, the OS supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, customizable notifications, and home screen widgets, while focus modes and app offloading are absent. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page scrolling screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, and the ability to play games while they download. The system also supports on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, Live Text selection from images, multi-user accounts, a child lock, phone tracking, and a battery health check. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not provided, Wi-Fi password sharing is not available, and the device cannot function as a PC.

The Oukitel P1 is equipped with a 5150 mAh non-removable rechargeable battery that supports 18W fast charging, with a charger included in the box. A battery level indicator is present, making it easy to monitor remaining charge at a glance. Wireless charging is not supported.

The Oukitel P1 includes a built-in radio but omits a 3.5mm headphone jack and stereo speakers. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codec options are supported, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC.

The Oukitel P1 supports dual SIM cards and connects wirelessly via Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC, though 5G is not available. Wired connectivity is handled through a USB Type-C port, while an external memory slot allows for additional storage expansion; HDMI output is not present. For positioning, the device includes GPS with Galileo support alongside a compass and accelerometer, but lacks a gyroscope, barometer, and motion or optical tracking. Download speeds reach up to 650 Mbit/s and upload up to 150 Mbit/s over the cellular module. Security options include a fingerprint scanner, while 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not supported, and no stylus is included. Features such as crash detection, emergency SOS via satellite, ANT+, a heart rate monitor, infrared sensor, DLNA certification, and a built-in projector are all absent.

The Oukitel P1 includes a video light for illumination during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor e-paper technology.
