The Oukitel RT8 features an 11″ IPS LCD touchscreen with a 1920 x 1200 resolution at 206 ppi and a 90Hz refresh rate, delivering reasonably sharp and fluid visuals for its class. Brightness sits at a typical 350 nits, and the display includes an anti-reflection coating along with Gorilla Glass 5 protection to guard against scratches and minor impacts. HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision are not supported, and the panel is neither a sapphire glass nor an e-paper type display.

The Oukitel RT8 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 system-on-chip, built on a 6nm process with an octa-core CPU configuration running at 2 x 2.2 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz using big.LITTLE and HMP scheduling, supported by 6GB of RAM clocked at 4266 MHz across two channels with a maximum bandwidth of 17.1 GB/s and a TDP of 5W. Graphics are handled by the Mali G57 GPU running at 950 MHz with a turbo of 2133 MHz, 32 shading units, support for up to two displays, DirectX 11, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2. The tablet ships with 256GB of eMMC 5.2 internal storage, expandable via external memory slot up to 1024GB, while the maximum supported memory amount reaches 12GB; Geekbench 6 scores come in at 729 single-core and 1979 multi-core, and the device runs Android 13 with 64-bit support, integrated LTE on the SoC, integrated graphics, and ARM TrustZone security.

On the wireless audio side, none of the advanced Bluetooth codec standards are present — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Low Latency, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are all absent.
