The Oukitel WP33 Pro uses a 6.6-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a 1080 x 2408 px resolution and a pixel density of 400 ppi, delivering a sharp and detailed image across its panel. Brightness is rated at 450 nits typical, and the display refreshes at 60Hz. It is protected by Gorilla Glass 5, adding a layer of resistance against scratches and accidental impacts. The screen does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no Always-On Display mode or secondary screen present.

The Oukitel WP33 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus chipset, built on a 6 nm process with an 8-core CPU running at 2 x 2.2 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz, supported by 8 GB of DDR4 RAM at 2133 MHz and 256 GB of internal storage, with a maximum supported memory amount of 12 GB. The processor uses big.LITTLE architecture with HMP and multithreading across 8 threads, and integrates both LTE and graphics through the Mali G57 MC2 GPU clocked at 950 MHz, which supports DirectX 12. The chipset is 64-bit capable, and benchmark results include an AnTuTu score of 401,000 and a PCMark Work 3.0 score of 9,016.

The Oukitel WP33 Pro features a triple rear camera system with sensors at 64 MP, 20 MP, and 2 MP, paired with apertures of f/1.9, f/2.2, and f/2.2 respectively, all using CMOS technology without a back-illuminated sensor. Video recording reaches up to 1440p at 30 fps, though slow-motion recording and optical image stabilization are not available. Autofocus options include phase-detection autofocus for photos, continuous autofocus during video, and touch autofocus, while laser autofocus is absent. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, though manual shutter speed is not supported, and the camera also offers HDR mode, burst mode, and in-camera panorama, but does not shoot in RAW format or capture 360-degree panoramas. A single LED flash is present on the rear, with no dual-tone or RGB flash option. Customization options include theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, and an extra dim mode, while focus modes and app offloading are not supported. The OS handles notifications through configurable permissions and customizable notification settings, and it supports widgets, sharing intents, a media picker, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, and Live Text. Users can also play games while they download, use voice commands with offline voice recognition, and track the device's position, though Quick Start, Wi-Fi password sharing, battery health check, and direct OS vendor updates are absent. On-device machine learning is present, and a child lock is included for additional access control.

The Oukitel WP33 Pro is equipped with a 22000 mAh rechargeable battery that supports 33W fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. A battery level indicator is present for monitoring charge status. The battery is not removable, and wireless charging is not supported.

The Oukitel WP33 Pro has a limited audio feature set — it does not include a 3.5 mm headphone jack or stereo speakers, and on the wireless audio side, it lacks support for aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC.

The Oukitel WP33 Pro supports 5G connectivity alongside a dual SIM cellular module, Wi-Fi 4 and Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth 5.2, with a maximum download speed of 3300 Mbit/s. It connects via USB Type-C using USB 2.0, and includes NFC, though there is no external memory slot, HDMI output, or DLNA certification. For location and motion sensing, the phone covers GPS with Galileo support, a compass, gyroscope, and accelerometer, while a barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, and ANT+ support are all absent. Security is handled through a fingerprint scanner, with no iris scanner, 3D facial recognition, or stylus included. The Oukitel WP33 Pro includes a video light for use during recording, while its display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
