The QCY Crossky Link 2 follow an open-ear, bone conduction design and are built around a neckband form factor, meaning they do not operate as true wireless earbuds. Wingtips are included to help keep them securely in place during use, and stereo speakers are present on both sides. The earbuds carry an IPX5 ingress protection rating, making them sweat resistant and suitable for workouts, though they are not fully waterproof.
The QCY Crossky Link 2 use 16 mm driver units and cover a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz. The earbuds do not include a neodymium magnet, and neither active noise cancellation nor passive noise reduction is available, meaning they offer no built-in isolation from environmental sound.
The QCY Crossky Link 2 is equipped with a rechargeable battery rated at 12 hours of use, and a battery level indicator is included to keep track of remaining charge. Wireless charging is not supported, so the earbuds rely on a wired connection for recharging.
The QCY Crossky Link 2 connects wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.3 with a maximum range of 10 meters, and charges through a USB Type-C port. Fast pairing and NFC pairing are not supported, and the earbuds do not include any advanced audio codecs — AAC, LDAC, LDHC, aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Low Latency, aptX Lossless, and aptX Voice are all absent.
The QCY Crossky Link 2 supports fast charging and can be used as a headset, with voice prompts providing audio feedback during use. Controls are accessible both through an in-line control panel and a control panel placed on the device itself, and a mute function is also available. The earbuds do not include ambient sound mode, in/on-ear detection, a find device feature, a body temperature sensor, or a travel bag.
The QCY Crossky Link 2 is fitted with a noise-canceling microphone, which helps reduce background noise during calls and voice communication.
