The QCY H3 Lite uses an over-ear fit and weighs 260 g, with a closed-back design that houses stereo speakers. It can be folded for more compact storage, and comes with a detachable, tangle-free cable, though no travel bag is included. The headphone does not carry any water resistance rating, and it is not designed for children.
The QCY H3 Lite features 40 mm driver units and supports both active noise cancellation (ANC) and passive noise reduction, offering two layers of ambient sound control. It does not include a neodymium magnet, and spatial audio is not supported.
The QCY H3 Lite is equipped with a 400 mAh rechargeable battery that delivers up to 60 hours of playback, dropping to 50 hours when ANC is active, and fully charges in just 2 hours via USB Type-C. A battery level indicator is included, making it easy to monitor remaining charge. The battery is not removable, and the headphone supports neither wireless charging nor solar charging.
The QCY H3 Lite supports both wireless and wired connectivity, using Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless operation with a maximum range of 10 m and an audio latency of 68 ms. It does not support any high-resolution or enhanced audio codecs, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, aptX Low Latency, AAC, LDAC, or LDHC, nor does it include Bluetooth LE Audio or Auracast. Fast pairing and NFC-based pairing are also absent.
The QCY H3 Lite includes a noise-canceling microphone and can function as a headset, making it suitable for calls alongside music listening. It features ambient sound mode for awareness of surrounding audio and supports multipoint pairing with up to two devices simultaneously. Controls are placed on the headphone itself rather than an in-line panel, and there is no mute function or in/on-ear detection for automatic playback pausing.
