The QCY HT15 use an in-ear fit and operate as fully true wireless earbuds, meaning there are no cables or neckbands involved. They include stereo speakers and carry an IPX4 rating, offering sweat resistance for use during physical activity. Wingtips are not included, and the earbuds do not feature RGB lighting, a UV light, or any built-in display.
The QCY HT15 supports both active noise cancellation (ANC) and passive noise reduction, giving it two layers of sound isolation during use. Its frequency response spans the standard audible range of 20 Hz to 20000 Hz. The earbuds do not include a neodymium magnet, and there is no support for spatial audio, Dolby Atmos, or Dirac Virtuo.
The QCY HT15 offers 5.5 hours of battery life per charge, with the charging case extending the total available playback to 19.5 hours. The earbuds feature a rechargeable battery and include a battery level indicator to help users monitor remaining charge. A full charge takes one hour, though wireless charging and solar charging are not supported.
The QCY HT15 connects wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.4, with a maximum range of 10 meters and an audio latency of 68 ms. Charging is handled through a USB Type-C connection. The earbuds do not support fast pairing or NFC pairing, and none of the aptX codec variants — including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Low Latency, aptX Lossless, or aptX Voice — are available. LDAC, LDHC, AAC, Bluetooth LE Audio, and Auracast are likewise not supported.
The QCY HT15 includes an ambient sound mode for situational awareness, a mute function, voice prompts, and can be used as a headset for calls. Controls are placed directly on the earbuds, though there is no in-line control panel. Fast charging is supported, and a travel bag is included in the box. The earbuds do not offer in/on-ear detection, a find device feature, notification readout, a built-in translator, a body temperature sensor, or a camera remote shutter function.
The QCY HT15 is equipped with a total of 6 microphones, and the microphone setup includes noise-canceling capability, which helps reduce unwanted background sound during calls and voice use.
