The Realme 13 Pro 5G features a 6.7″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 px and a pixel density of 394 ppi, delivering a sharp visual experience alongside a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth on-screen motion. Typical brightness is rated at 600 nits, and the display is protected by branded damage-resistant glass. Always-On Display is supported, while HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision are not. There is no secondary screen.

The Realme 13 Pro 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, a 4 nm octa-core chipset configured with four cores at 2.4 GHz and four at 1.95 GHz, using big.LITTLE architecture with HMP support and a TDP of 5W. It is paired with 12 GB of DDR5 RAM running at 3200 MHz, 512 GB of internal storage, and an Adreno 710 GPU clocked at 940 MHz, with a maximum memory bandwidth of 25.6 GB/s across two memory channels and a supported ceiling of 16 GB. The chip supports 64-bit processing, multithreading across 8 threads, integrated LTE, TrustZone security, and integrated graphics, and is compatible with DirectX 12, OpenGL 3.2, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2. Geekbench 6 results are recorded at 1015 for single-core and 2970 for multi-core workloads.

The Realme 13 Pro 5G has a dual-lens rear camera system combining a 50 MP sensor at f/2.2 and an 8 MP sensor at f/1.9, both using a CMOS sensor type without back-side illumination. The main camera supports optical image stabilization, phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video recording, though laser autofocus is absent. The Realme 13 Pro 5G includes stereo speakers but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack. On the wireless audio side, none of the advanced Bluetooth codecs — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC — are supported. There is also no built-in radio.

The Realme 13 Pro 5G features a curved display and includes a video light, while it does not use sapphire glass or an e-paper display.
