The Realme 13 Pro Plus 5G features a 6.7″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 px and a pixel density of 394 ppi, delivering a fairly sharp image across its panel. The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches a typical brightness of 600 nits, and it supports Always-On Display for at-a-glance information without fully waking the screen. It is covered by branded damage-resistant glass, though it does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no secondary screen.

The Realme 13 Pro Plus 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, a 4nm octa-core chipset configured with four cores at 2.4GHz and four at 1.95GHz, supporting multithreading, big.LITTLE architecture, and Heterogeneous Multi-Processing across 8 threads with a TDP of 5W. Graphics are handled by the integrated Adreno 710 GPU running at 940MHz, with support for DirectX 12, OpenGL 3.2, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2. The chip also includes integrated LTE and TrustZone security. The device comes with 12GB of DDR5 RAM at 3200MHz across two memory channels, offering up to 25.6 GB/s of memory bandwidth and a maximum supported memory of 16GB, alongside 512GB of internal storage. Benchmark results place the AnTuTu score at 822,800, with Geekbench 6 single-core and multi-core results of 1,015 and 2,970 respectively.

The Realme 13 Pro Plus 5G includes stereo speakers but omits a 3.5mm headphone jack, so wired audio requires an adapter or USB-C headphones. Security is handled by a fingerprint scanner, with no iris scanner or 3D facial recognition available. Features such as emergency SOS via satellite, crash detection, ANT+, and a built-in projector are also absent, and no stylus is included.

The Realme 13 Pro Plus 5G features a curved display and includes a video light for use during video recording. The screen uses neither sapphire glass nor e-paper technology.
