The Realme 14 Pro has a standard candy-bar form factor — it does not fold and lacks a rugged build. It measures 162.8 mm tall, 74.9 mm wide, and just 7.6 mm thick, with a total volume of approximately 92.67 cm³ and a weight of 182 g. Despite the slim profile, it carries an IP68 ingress protection rating, meaning it is fully waterproof against dust and sustained water immersion.

The Realme 14 Pro uses an OLED/AMOLED touchscreen measuring 6.77″ with a resolution of 1080 x 2392 px and a pixel density of 388 ppi. The panel runs at a 120Hz refresh rate and responds to touch input at 240Hz, while typical brightness reaches 1400 nits. Always-On Display is supported, but the screen does not carry branded damage-resistant glass and lacks HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision certification. There is no secondary screen on this device.

The Realme 14 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300, a 4 nm chipset containing 6,200 million transistors, with an octa-core CPU configuration running four cores at 2.5 GHz and four at 2.0 GHz across 8 threads. It employs big.LITTLE architecture with HMP support, integrated LTE, and integrated graphics via the Mali G615 MC2 GPU clocked at 1047 MHz, with DirectX 12 support for a single display. The device ships with 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM running at 6400 MHz and 256 GB of internal storage, with a maximum supported memory of 16 GB. On benchmarks, it scores 823,250 on AnTuTu and posts Geekbench 6 results of 1,026 single-core and 2,932 multi-core, with full 64-bit support throughout.

The Realme 14 Pro features a dual rear camera system combining a 50 MP primary sensor at f/1.8 and a 2 MP secondary sensor at f/2.4, both using CMOS technology without a back-illuminated sensor. Optical image stabilization is built in, and autofocus options include phase-detection and touch AF, though laser autofocus is absent. The camera supports a broad manual control set — exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance — alongside HDR mode, burst shooting, panorama, timelapse, and slow-motion video, but does not shoot in RAW format and lacks manual shutter speed control. Video recording tops out at 4K (2160p) at 30 fps, without HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording support, and three LED flash units are present on the rear, though they are neither dual-tone nor RGB. The 16 MP front camera sits at f/2.4 in a standard single-lens setup with no front flash, no under-display placement, and no secondary front lens.

The Realme 14 Pro runs Android 15 and includes a broad set of privacy controls, covering clipboard warnings, location privacy options, and camera/microphone access management, though Mail Privacy Protection and cross-site tracking blocking are not present. On the customization side, it supports theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, an extra dim mode, widgets, and customizable notifications, while focus modes and Quick Start are absent. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page scrolling screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, app offloading, and the ability to play games while they download. The OS also supports on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, Live Text in images, phone tracking, a child lock, multi-user accounts, and battery health checks. OS updates do not come directly from the vendor, and the device cannot be used as a PC; Wi-Fi password sharing is likewise not supported.

The Realme 14 Pro houses a 6000 mAh rechargeable battery with a built-in level indicator, and a charger is included in the box. It supports 45W fast charging over a wired connection, though wireless charging is not available. The battery is sealed and non-removable.

The Realme 14 Pro features stereo speakers and supports LDAC for high-quality wireless audio transmission over Bluetooth, but does not include aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, or aptX Lossless codec support. There is no 3.5 mm headphone jack and no built-in radio.

The Realme 14 Pro supports 5G connectivity with a dual-SIM cellular module, Wi-Fi 4/5/6, and Bluetooth 5.4, with download and upload speeds both reaching 3270 Mbit/s. It connects via USB Type-C, though the USB standard is version 2, and there is no HDMI output or external memory slot. NFC is present, and biometric security is handled by a fingerprint scanner; 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not available. The sensor suite includes GPS with Galileo support, a gyroscope, accelerometer, and compass, while a barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, and ANT+ support are all absent. Crash detection, emergency SOS via satellite, DLNA certification, motion tracking, optical tracking, and a built-in projector are likewise not featured, and no stylus is included.

The Realme 14 Pro includes a curved display and a video light for illumination during video recording. The screen uses neither sapphire glass nor e-paper technology.
