Realme 14 Pro Lite

The Realme 14 Pro Lite has a conventional, non-folding form factor measuring 161.3 mm tall, 73.9 mm wide, and 8.2 mm thick, with a total volume of roughly 97.74 cm³ and a weight of 188 g. It carries an IP65 rating, confirming resistance to dust and low-pressure water jets, though it is not built to rugged standards. The device does not feature a reinforced or ruggedized construction beyond that water-resistance certification.

The Realme 14 Pro Lite features a 6.7″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels and a pixel density of 394 ppi, paired with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate for responsive interaction. Typical brightness sits at 600 nits, and the panel achieves a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1, which is characteristic of OLED technology. It supports both HDR10 and HDR10+ content but does not support Dolby Vision, and an Always-On Display mode is available. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and there is no secondary display. Dolby Vision playback is not supported.

The Realme 14 Pro Lite is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, a 4 nm SoC with an eight-thread big.LITTLE CPU configuration running at 4 x 2.4 GHz and 4 x 1.95 GHz, supported by Heterogeneous Multi-Processing and a thermal design power of 5W. Graphics are handled by the integrated Adreno 710 GPU clocked at 940 MHz, with support for DirectX 12, OpenGL 3.2, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2. The chip scores 1015 in Geekbench 6 single-core and 2970 in multi-core testing. The device comes with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM running at 3200 MHz across two memory channels, offering a maximum memory bandwidth of 25.6 GB/s and support for up to 16 GB, alongside 256 GB of internal storage. Additional platform features include integrated LTE, TrustZone security, 64-bit support, and multithreading.

The Realme 14 Pro Lite features a dual-lens rear camera system combining a 50 MP primary sensor at f/2.2 and an 8 MP secondary lens at f/1.9, both using CMOS technology without a back-illuminated sensor. The main camera supports optical image stabilization, phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video, though laser autofocus is not included. It can record video at 2160p and 30 fps, with slow-motion recording also available, but HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not supported. Manual controls extend to exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while manual shutter speed is absent; additional shooting modes include burst, panorama, timelapse, and HDR, though 360-degree panorama and RAW capture are not available. A single LED flash is fitted at the rear — not dual-tone or RGB — and there is no front-facing flash. The 32 MP front camera shoots at f/2.5, operates as a single lens without an under-display placement, and does not support 3D imaging.

The Realme 14 Pro Lite runs Android 14 and includes a broad set of privacy controls, among them clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access management, and app tracking blocking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not available. Customization options cover theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, an extra dim mode, and home screen widgets, while focus modes and app offloading are absent. On the usability side, the device supports split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page scrolling screenshots, a media picker, Live Text, sharing intents, customizable notifications, notification permission controls, and the ability to play games while they download. It also accommodates multiple user accounts, a child lock, voice commands with offline voice recognition, on-device machine learning, battery health monitoring, and phone tracking. Wi-Fi password sharing, a Quick Start setup option, and the ability to function as a PC are not supported, and OS updates are not delivered directly from the OS vendor.

The Realme 14 Pro Lite is equipped with a 5200 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 45W wired fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. A battery level indicator is present, giving users a clear read of remaining charge at a glance. Wireless charging is not supported.

The Realme 14 Pro Lite includes stereo speakers but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack, so wired headphones require an adapter or a USB-C solution. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codecs — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC — are supported. There is also no built-in radio tuner.

The Realme 14 Pro Lite supports 5G connectivity and accommodates two SIM cards, with download speeds reaching up to 2900 Mbit/s and upload speeds up to 1500 Mbit/s. Wi-Fi coverage spans Wi-Fi 4, Wi-Fi 5, and Wi-Fi 6, while Bluetooth 5.2 handles short-range wireless connections. The device uses a USB Type-C port running at USB 2.0 speeds and does not include an external memory slot, HDMI output, or NFC. For navigation, GPS, Galileo, and a compass are on board, and the sensor suite also includes a gyroscope and an accelerometer, though a barometer, heart rate monitor, infrared sensor, and motion or optical tracking are all absent. Security is handled by a fingerprint scanner; 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not available. Emergency SOS via satellite, crash detection, DLNA certification, ANT+ support, and a built-in projector are likewise not featured, and no stylus is included.

The Realme 14 Pro Lite includes a video light, making it usable as a torch during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved, uses no e-paper technology, and is not protected by sapphire glass.
